Post installation and pool school, there is no remote turn on. This was discussed with the owner and he notes that it was not in the order form and we did not read the contract closely enough. Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

I also had a service visit scheduled for "first thing" Tuesday morning. When I called Tuesday at noon when no one showed up at first they confirmed yes they were late, and then called back later to say "we had confusion and they were to come on Thursday". They obviously do not care about customers and even after I canceled my service appointment no one still called to apologize. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else that will atleast fake acting like they care.

The following week was another no show---I had to call and tell them the pool was green. I got so fed up that we changed to Stewart about six months and they have been FABULOUS. They go way above and beyond the call of duty!! They have new software that gives you all your pool stats and informs you of any potential problems. They have been great to work with and I cannot fathom that another company could possible do a better job!!

I am just trying to be honest ... I hired pulliam pools in Ft worth to remodel my pool... Terrible…read moreexperience, first the quality of work would have been abysmal if i hadn't sent pictures to the foreman asking about the work being done. Then the foreman quit during the filling stage and I had no direction and no one informed me he had quit .. days later I had to call the main office to figure out why on the most critical part of the remodel I couldnt get in touch.. After getting a new foreman some grout work had been repaired and they cleaned their tools and left a stream of grout down our decorative stairs. I have asked them to clean it for over a month not happening . The start up requires service and when the service side showed up they were unaware that it was a brand new plaster and was about to treat in a manner I had been told by them would damage my pool. They were supposed to service it weekly and missed a week which allowed algae to grow in my newly remodeled pool. After talking to that supervisor it has been better.. I also hired them to replace and work on some pool equipment and that group did a good job... I would use pulliam for technical repairs and maybe cleaning service but not for remodel or new pool install..
