Not recommended on any level. The sales and delivery side is great. After sale is horrible. Quality…read moreand service are deplorable. We've had ours for less than a year. It leaks from a hose or loose fitting. Possibly a manufacturing defect. The panels are of poor quality and chip easily. Would be nice if we could get a technician to reply and come out to service repair it. I don't want to fix it myself since the parts are still under warranty. The warranty is pathetic also. Labor is for six months and parts for one year. I was told by the company repair technician that he did not repair non labor warranty spas that a contract employee would have too. He called back today and said I should possibly call a local spa company which none will service ones they don't sale. A second company technician has not responded. This was our second Spa. Our first spa was Canadian built and was of perfect quality with zero issues the whole time we owned it. We moved and purchase this one since it was closer to our home and more reasonably priced. Huge mistake. Spoke to the store we purchase our spa from in October 2023 and they said to submit a claim on line claiming proper protocol so I did. The next email I received was cancellation of my orginal claim on October 30, 2023. My next Spa will be a Bull Frog which is sold and serviced locally. I will be stuck with the labor cost or fixing this on myself.

Do not use this company for inspections. We had two other companies come out here and give an inspection and they showed things that were definitely wrong with the pool, but this company had no clue what was going on with it. Their inspection said that all looked good. With an inspection like that, I would be afraid to have them install a pool. It would make me scared that their work would reflect that as well I would be very weary.

More and more and more issues through time and now at a 18 months out, after over 75k they want $350 to decide if the salt cell is bad. Oh and a 4 week wait. They promise things to sell you and then they nickel and time you at the end. The ladder was more money, the caps for the ladder holes that we didn't want were more money. They accidentally plumbed an auto vacuum plug and when we asked about the cost to add the actual vacuum since we now had the hole they undid the plumbing and re-did it to make sure we didn't have the option any more "because we hadn't paid for it". But for $2500 they can re-do the plumbing AND THEN buy a vacuum. Seriously, something with a warranty you want me to pay you to evaluate. No. Go with someone, anyone else. Go with your own shovel or a kiddie pool from the dollar store.

we've just spent the past couple of months with Jake and Hot Springs Pools & Spas!…read moreI cannot say enough about their work ethic , also concerned about making sure the customer was happy. They went above and beyond to do what needed to be done. If possible, I would give them 10 stars. I also wanna say that they did things that might've necessarily not been in their scope of work to help us and make sure that our experience was great and we were satisfied with our Poole. If you're thinking at all about getting a pool and If you're concerned about getting it right you need to hire Jake and Hot Springs.

Review Amendment: Moments after posting this review I was…read morecontacted by Nate. He let me know that Watkins, the hot tub manufacturer, had contacted them and would be willing to exchange our current hot tub for a new one. The new one should arrive in 6-8 weeks and it will be the same model and color combo as the one we currently have that is malfunctioning. It is a relief to see that they care about the quality of their product, as well as customer satisfaction. Many thanks to Nate and Watkins. Buyer beware. I had great response in the past for pool service so I decided to purchase a hot tub from Hot Springs - big mistake. I purchased it in December - install in February and it has really been a big nightmare ever since. Every water exchange - including the initial fill, has required a service call that involves taking off the panel and loosening pipes to de-air the system. I know that air locks can be a problem, but I shouldn't have to have a service call every three months. I called Hot Springs on 6/21/25 during working hours and was put through to Stuart - the general manager - I left a detailed message at that time and he has never called me back. I also left a message for the spa department on 6/21/25 as well. I then called back on 6/23/25 and eventually spoke with both Anthony and Nate. I was told by both that this was not a warranty issue - mind you no one offered to come out and trouble shoot the hot tub. I was told by Nate that he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. It has now been 7 days and I have not heard a word from anyone. The latest water exchange left me with half of the tub not working at all. In a unit that isn't even 6 months old, and has been used for less than 4 months, this is totally unacceptable. I suspect this model is a "lemon" and I am stuck with a several thousand dollar yard ornament according to Hot Springs. Really frustrated.
