We pay for the service every month through our rental agreement and we expected to have a nice looking pool for the summer in order for this to happen I have to go out there myself a sweep and vacuum the bottom of the pool. I didn't know know that paying for something meant you still had to do the work yourself. I have asked several times for him to sweep the bottom of the pool in which he said I'll be there tomorrow to tend to the pool and then again on the normal day. He never showed up for the extra day promised and only poured the shock into the water. Horrible service and not worth the money.

Overall, they are professional and prompt, and my pool always looks fantastic. I can tell because I receive weekly reports. While I should have left them a review years ago, their recent supererogatory service prompted me to do so now. On Friday, I received a call from Troy telling me that the entire water line had been shut off - both to the house and outdoors. This is a big deal with a property with a pool! I called the PM, and the assistant director of property management had no idea how to handle it. Well, something needs to be done soon because if the water runs low, my pool equipment could be jeopardized! Since I am far and since the PM is poorly run, I called back Troy asking for advice. He offered to turn off the pump for me. This entailed an extra drive over, on a weekend, to turn off the pump. When he got there, he found the pump was struggling to pull water as the water had fallen below the skimmer. If this wasn't found and corrected when it was, the pump would have gone out, which would of costed me thousands of dollars. So, thank you Troy! Your going above and beyond is greatly appreciated.

On April 20th, technician #1 came to my home, repaired my GFI, and "tightened" the spa light that…read morewas leaking. Three days later, my spa stopped working again. Technician #2 came out on April 27th and informed me that the same light his colleague had supposedly repaired had leaked, flooding the entire base of the spa. He told me I would likely need all of the electronics replaced, although he said he would "try to get me a good deal." I contacted management, and the manager acknowledged my frustration and said the owner would call me back. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls, I decided to turn the spa back on myself just to see what would happen -- and unexpectedly, it worked perfectly. Several more days later, the owner finally contacted me to "discuss repairs," which by that point were apparently no longer necessary for reasons that were never explained to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this company.
