I had Aqua Harmony Drain and Acid Wash my pool today (April 10, 2026). We have a PebbleTec finish with blue and green pebbles. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool. read more

As most people know, buying your first home comes with responsibilities that come up with owning a home. When you rent, the renters have to deal with it ( most of the time, but when it's yours it's all on you. We have been living in our new home for about three months now, we have a pool now and we didn't know where to start on getting a pool "guy" . The first one we had was hired from our next door app ( where neighbors can recommend people) HE WAS awful. My wife insisted we give him sometime to see if the greyish look to our pool would go away. (It never did, we also learned that the water pump and possible other leak would need to be replaced quickly) Fast forward to this past Holiday Memorial weekend . We had finally had enough of this greyish look to our pool, we decided after not getting much information on the cause (from our previous pool guy ) , we decided to look for another service provider. I found this company the actual Sunday before memorial day through the yelp app. Nate messaged me on the app and by the next morning he called me and started digging into hearing my concerns, gives me a very reasonable quote and 3 hours later on actually Monday Memorial Day (when everyone is usually off or closed) , gets his partner my (NOW pool guy) Joe to come out and start fixing my chemicals, starts a three day treatment plan ( during those days he came everyday to check the progress) he was able to fix it by the next weekend! My pool is beautifully blue, clear and is now ready for summer! THEY ALSO take care of maintaining any turf areas of my yard. Thank you Joe for taking a little worry off my plate.
