I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!

The owners are knowledgeable, especially about raising chickens and lawn care. the even offer a chicken class for residents who need the certification for backyard chickens. There were about 4 people in line and I headed to the shelves where my item was. There was one kit on the shelf and I was happy about that, until I picked up the box and noticed it had been opened. The items in the box were not packed as they would have been had the package not been open. I suspect it was a return. There weren't any others that I could get instead. I went and stood in line and there were 6 people in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to get up to the cashier and I overhead the cashier trying to get a customer to sign up for a credit card. Later, to another customer, she said she had asked for backup but no one came to help. It was a long wait. When I got to the front of the line, another person finally opened another register and I was next. I asked him, "Can you give me a discount on this? It's been opened?" He looked at it and said, "Well, it looks like the box just popped open. Otherwise if it looked like it was used, I would." I said, "It does look like everything is there," and he rung me up and off I went. Well, as I started repairing my A/C line brazing a new A/C fitting on it, the oxygen ran out. I had only run the torch for a total of 15 minutes at the most and the oxygen cylinder was out. I can only suspect that someone bought it, used it, possibly with a different torch, and then returned the cylinders half or less full. It's a disappointment because I ran out of gas half way through my repair and now I've got to go back to the store and get a replacement cylinder. Overall, I've definitely experienced better.

After screwing the bolts back in to keep it stable the ignition stable to start the lawnmower, it still becomes loose again after starting the lawnmower and driving. If it was already becoming loose before I received it, how did none of the employees catch that? Or was it negligence? Or flat out disregard? I have been in 5 times in 4 months to use the dog wash they advertise however it is always closed…read more first time they had no soap. second time they were painting. third time they decided to remodel. fourth time they were getting new plumbing. 5th time there plumbing was clogged. The management is appalling all the money spent in advertising for the dog wash and they can't even keep it running for more than a day. if i was GM there would be some serious writeups here.
