***BEWARE*** If I…read morecould give them a ZERO I would. I contacted Southern Shores Pool Co (SSPC) reference a Pool Pump Calibration service offered through NV Energy. SSPC appeared on the list of approved calibrators and is also A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, I inquired with SSPC about the Pool Pump Calibration Program. I spoke with Valentina who confirmed SSPC participates in the calibration program. She advised they had available times on Frida and that someone would call me the following day (Thursday) to schedule the Friday, October 27, 2023, appointment time. On Friday, I spoke with Valentina again as nobody called me on Thursday to firm up a time. Valentina stated she was just about to call me to let me know that nobody would be coming on Friday but had appointments available on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, between 2pm-4pm to which I agreed. On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, I left work early to ensure I was home for the appointment and nobody showed or bothered to inform me that I would be subject to a no-call, no-show. At 4:30pm I left SSPC a message to inform them nobody showed for the appointment and that nobody has bothered to call me back with an explanation as of this writing. SSPC clearly takes their ghosts and ghosting seriously on Halloween!!! Tacky stuff!!!
