From the very first phone call to project completion, the professionals at GC gave exceptional customer service and friendly atmosphere and made my family feel like part of theirs. The multiple projects that I wanted to do got rolled into one massive overall project at an amazing cost savings solely due to Jeremy's abilities to make the vision a reality. My pool project included: 37,000 gallon 3' to 6' to 3' pool 8' x 6' wet deck full wall seating 2 waterfall features 8 person builtin hot tub/spa Tanning deck Fire pit Astroturf and travertine decking throughout Wall length planter boxes RV pad (42' x 24' x 4") Dog Run (8' x 24' x 4") with 6' vinyl fence. The initial estimate walkdown is when I met Jeremy and we became fast friends. He gave me a no BS estimate based on exactly what I was asking for and gave me many insights into better ways to do what I wanted to do for my projects that were better than what I had originally envisioned. GC and Jeremy gave me great deals on materials and I worked with their scheduler to create a timeline for project benchmarks that saved me money on the overall projects while meeting my family's needs. Their labor force crews were all very professional and courteous. They completed work and cleaned up daily to allow our dogs to still utilize the yard in the evenings. During the projects and after completion, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. Any small issues were quickly corrected or replaced at no cost. Their warranty work is amazing as well. Our pool journey began in May 2021. We met with Jeremy and planned out the pool/spa. This was after COVID, so there were supply issues, however, the original estimated completion was September/October 2021. That estimated date was pushed to November (around Thanksgiving) 2021, and then to late December 2021, then February 2022. Eventually, in May 2022 (exactly one year later), the pool/spa was completed. Our biggest issue throughout was the lack of communication. It was difficult to get calls back or status updates. Again, this was right after COVID, so there may have been staffing issues that caused this. Based on the finished product, I would recommend Greencare. Knock on wood... but we've had no issues with the construction of the pool over the past two years. They recommended a pool service guy (Water Science), who was associated with the company. I do NOT recommend them. They sent teenaged kids at times, didn't show up some weeks, it was annoying. A couple times the pool turned green and we couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone to come help us. Find someone else to service your pool. read more

Reached out to several pool contractors at the start of my journey and after several talks and even some no shows (with no advise whatsoever) I decided to go with Greencare. Cost was on par with other companies but Greencare gives more value on additions where other companies charge you specially with the limited budget that I had. I also liked the family atmosphere at the head office where I felt being treated like one of their own. Jeremy and Tim are amazing!!! Updates with photos are given along the way which is fabulous. The team started with the project around the 4th week of March 2023 and they finished my pool by Memorial day weekend which was way ahead of schedule. Really happy with how my backyard turned out! During the entire process, Tim and his team addressed all minor concerns that I had. It was easy to get in touch with them and get immediate action. I want to give a huge shout out to Jeremy! We worked with him and the crew at Greencare. He is very personable. He took excellent care of us. The project is almost at the tail end. We loved working with everyone involved. Juan was a great superintendent. Hector made the add-ons installation like the fire pit and landscaping look spectacular. I can't say enough about Carlos and Nathan. They made sure the start up was smooth. RC and the ladies in the accounting department also desere a shoutout. I appreciate everyone so much. We were stood up for appointments, never heard back, or didn't get a call back as promised. Then I saw a lawn sign on Cactus for Greencare Pools. Not only did they set an appointment to look at the backyard and discuss options right away, but they were knowledgeable, up front, and welcoming from the first interaction through project completion. The design process, design changes, and options were explained and followed through, and honestly were effortless for us. We were very nervous making such a permanent decision to our house, but we are beyond happy with the process, the job, and communication we received from Greencare.
