Then, the tech left the door to the pool fence open. I have toddlers that can open my back door and wander outside and did (and nearly walked into the pool because the pool gate was left open by the negligent tech). When I pointed out their negligence, they didnt apologize, gave no response, just stopped showing up. When I refused to pay the last bill for their "cleaning" services that did nothing, they sent me to a collections agency. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Not only will your pool not be cleaned, but, God forbid, the negligent tech leaves the child gate open like they did at my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
