Do not use this pool service…read more We have been not stop arguing with this company for month now We have rented a house for a few month here, instead of fixing the issues and sending the correct response to the landlord they send bullsh!t report Some weeks our pool stays green for a week , some weeks it with alge, and some days it clean but rarely One of the last report they sent was "This is will with aloha pools I wanted to let you know the pool was very green because the power to it was shut off so the pool wasn't running I added shock to get the algea gone I wasn't able to vacuumed it because I can't see the bottom but I scrubbed all the walls " Th pool turned really green. We have been telling them for month now the pump is not flowing right. It has good flow a day or 2 , sometimes 3 hrs then it stops working. The pump stays on , the vacuum keeps staying in one spot floating to top , I mentioned to them the wheel got weathered so it was jammed. Then how the pressure keeps going on and off so it not working properly then it can't make it up the hill without the wheel rubber on , an the bag keeps getting caught since the strap is weathered and tore off. None of this was sent to the land lord or mentioned. Until I finally got ahold one of the cleaner that came buy and started asking these questions Then he told me he ads chlorine in the floater everytime they came out. Im like how have u been doing that if I just literally bought that yesterday. Because when we moved in the one here was broken since havent had one in a few months. He changed the conversation to he put chlorine in Then he came out , said he was just a tech so he doesn't clean the pool. He just work on the filter and pumps and stuff. This company make so many excuses and lies it unbelievable for a company to be this bad. I hope you choose a better pool company because we can't get our landlord to change ours so we are having to deal with them still. Today is Wednesday. It finally couldn't go any longer. We called Brakefield Pool and the owner, Jay, came out. He confirmed it indeed was time. Our tile grout was starting to come out too. Quoted us a very fair price (we had looked around and they were pretty much on par) for replastering. They did try to save our tile so it wasn't an extra cost but Jay showed me how water was getting behind the tiles and gently tapping them I saw 3 tiles fall off and agreed. They replastered, new tile and grout and sealed the deck (that was our choice). Never felt pressured to get anything. Very upfront and honest and takes the time to make sure you understand what/why they're doing.

They decided to clean my filter without my knowledge and charged me. I never hired them to clean my filter or any other service other than chemicals only. They then proceeded to charge me for the filter cleaning. After I refused to pay for the filter cleaning, they immediately cancelled my contract. I do not recommend these guys. Looks like the bond was either not applied correctly, didn't get time to dry before the next layer was added or just poorly applied. I am not a pool professional, but I can now see the layers on the chunks of plaster off the bottom of my pool. I was unimpressed after about 6 months after the work was first completed. Trying to get a response after money was paid was impossible. May be good for pool cleaning, but I would NEVER invest in having them do another major pool job.

Barely got through one year of a very expensive resurface high end product and gray dots started popping up here and there... at year 2, they've made it all the way to the spa. I've tried talking to Mike / Justin about it and he's so all over the board. So said he no longer uses the team who resurfaced our pool ... he sent out a guy who said he could dump chemicals in and it would take it all up , but he couldn't guarantee it. $900 dollars for a gamble is way out of my comfort zone. Have tried communicating with Mike / Justin but omg he's so not on this planet. I hope he's well it was so obvious he couldn't concentrate and had heavy trouble keeping track with a conversation. That being said, I can not recommend this company . Great on the front end, but nothing on follow up. Only up sales and odd customer service. We'll have to resurface our pool to clean out their poor workmanship and drop another huge expensive amount of money to fix this mess. I have read in my research that the product used was not applied correctly and not allowed to dry correctly. When shared with Mike / Justin it's like deer in headlights and again nothing they can do because it's not their problem. Shocking.

I pride myself on knowing a little about pools and the care of my pool, but my knowledge pales in comparison to the level of expertise these guys show. They provide product as well as service form your pool. They have a large variety of the daily needs in-house and they are priced competitively. If you have problems with your Polaris pool sweep, they can fix it for you and there's no labor charge, you only play for parts. As I discussed different chemicals, one of the gentlemen had "Rainman" like knowledge of any chemical or process needed to treat a pool. They also have great pool water testing equipment for accurate readings of your current chemicals. The place is spotless, and after a playing a game of "attempt to stump the professor", I am glad to say these guys are worth your time if you need to address any issues with your pool. Bravo Swim Clear Pool Supply, I look forward to seeing you guys all summer as I rush in to buy chemicals and brushed.

Booster Pump…read moregoing so call them still in warranty said have charge us $!69.00 to have Brian Tech come out and check on it. Question I was being charge as it was in warrant and Polaris said they paid for service . Any Brian came out said it was going. We couldnt put new cleaner in under we go relacement from Polaris again Brian came out and installed it. They same day he put the Polaris Quattro out of the box put it in pool. The cleaner would climb only half wall. Brian it will take few days for it work. Before he went it went up one end wall almost to waterline then right down. didn,t do it again. He check the pressure everything was good and new booster pump. Told we didnt like it give it few days. He left in pool run it all night which we did. Next morning there was parts all in pool from cleaner. We took picture right of pool. Store open call said that asst manager on vacation only one could return it. Mean while found that they have had alot of problems with this unit from not came to waterline etc We didnt want another one, said there would be restocking fee of 25% . Top of it took restocking off !,149.99 not with taxes which I paid 94.87 in taxes total I paid was 1,244.86. Fee was 288.00 got back 861.99 plus only 71.11 in taxes total 933.10. Taxes I paid when brought it was 94.87. So they got $311.76 plus 23.76 different tax that I paid total $335.52 they got plus unit that was only water for 8 hours with all paper work plus box. and warranty card. By way the restock fee is no where on the receipt or on their website or does saleman say anything. We never seen it by register pretty sure I would of notice it as mention to saleman that if it didn't climb wall to waterline bring back yes never said anything about restocking fee. That's one was to get money . Be the way they also got paid twice once by us any another by Polarlis for Brian to come out on my booster pump that was in warranty.
