We are a huge fans of Petrock Hotel. A few weeks ago, we were supposed to go on vacation and the dog hotel we had previously booked canceled on us so we were in a huge pinch. I called Petrock and was greeted by someone who was extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation. Thankfully, they did have room for our dog. Our dog is pretty shy and keeps to himself, but seemingly had a wonderful time there. The staff all treated him so sweetly and tried to include him in all their little activities. I love this place! My dog is a bit crazier than most. I blame Covid for the lack of socialization. The team here is so patient and so thorough. I met with them first to discuss my dog and whether or not this would be the right place for an overnight stay. They took notes, suggested a daycare visit and voila everything went well! The staff here is wonderful. I always know my dog will have a good time when I bring her for daycare. I do wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs though, as they let the dogs use the restroom in the play area. This hasn't been great for keeping her potty trained. If I could give this place more stars I would! The facility itself is modern and CLEAN! The staff are all amazing and wonderful humans who care and love your dog like their own! I have a Doberman puppy, and if you have a "Dominant breed" you know that many places have restrictions. Petrock is welcoming to all breeds and sizes which I love! I've been bringing my puppy since he was three months old for daycare and overnight visits. Every time we walk through that door he can't contain himself because he gets so filled with joy and excitement coming through the door each day. He is seven months now, it's like his second home. He comes home exhausted from playing with all his friends and staff. Which is amazing for me. They also send pictures and videos, that make my day while I'm at work. I tell everyone about Petrock! Whether you want to leave your dog for a couple hours or even days this is the place is truly where your dog belongs and will be cared for just like at home. Thank you guys for being the best! We LOVE Petrock!!! My pup Sadie is a regular! She gets groomed at Petrock and frequents the day care facility a few times a month. Sadie is always gets excited when I tell her we are headed to Petrock and comes back home happy, exercised and well groomed. Petrock does a great job at catering to Sadie's needs. Sadie is naturally an anxious dog but with the helpful staff at Petrock she's grown to love coming here and I can tell she enjoys seeing everyone that is a part of the Petrock staff and the other dogs here too. I usually ask for Itzel when I come in to drop Sadie off, Itzel is AWESOME! Sadie is very comfortable around her and this has always made my drop off easier. I know she's in good hands!
