I was even laughed at by the man on the phone despite being a loyal customer for almost five years. I promptly canceled my services. They would literally spend two minutes cleaning up the dog poop. When I called Doo Doo Squad, the receptionist was incredibly kind, respectful, and empathetic during such a difficult time. Her compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes. Vic went absolutely unhinged and harassed me for several hours by calling me, sending dozens of text messages, and also sending videos of himself even after I asked him to stop contacting me. Vic continued berating me over the course of an hour and went as low as insinuating that I was racist towards Mexicans, that I enjoyed having slaves, and he also belittled my personal finances/ housing situation....
