Found out about this service many years ago and periodically use him every so often. First time I hired him, I was moving out of a house, and I had this oil/water spot that was in the middle of my hallway that neither a Bissell or a RugDoctor that I rented, was able to get up. At this point I thought it was permanent and pretty much didn't think much about it, as it was there for years.He was able to remove this oil/water spot and I honestly wasn't even focused on it, since I didn't even think it was possible - shame I didn't get before/after pictures. At his current rate of $50.00 for the first room and $15.00 thereafter - it's affordable when you realize that you getting industrial equipment to clean your carpets. Not to mention - unlike renting a Bissell from Lowes, I don't have to worry about dropping/picking it up nor having to worry about if it's clean and rinsed off so they don't charge me extra.
