So I happen to stumble across this spot. I was parked there and didn't even notice until I walked around. But it seemed like it was super clutch! So first and foremost, parking is a little bit wonky here. So good luck. There is parking and you have to pay. But you can probably find better parking but you will have to walk maybe a block or two so just keep that in mind. You'll come into this very small streamline establishment and it'll change the decor vibe on you very quickly. Which is a good thing. It's a super clutch spot. If you're looking for a small group or a date night. It's not something you would wear, athletic wear or ball shorts. It's definitely something you would actually try to be a little bit presentable for as far as the vibe goes. I came in just to look around at first and met with Audrey and she to me about. All. The. Days. And the time frames and the events. They have a DJ that comes monthly, but you have to check their Instagram for that. But it really gets jumping from what I hear. The suggestion would be to do flights of Champaign so you can actually taste for what you may like. Which is a good thing because you don't want to buy a 55 glass of champagne and not like it LOL. Now what's new, they also have whiskey now. And it's actually a pretty good selection of it as well. So even if you don't necessarily do champagne, you have other options. They have a couple of beers and some wine, but champagne is primary and whiskey and secondary. This is absolutely a spot that has a lot of potential that's really tucked away. read more

This place definitely has aesthetics and wow factor down pat. Pop Alleigh is in downtown Roswell, kind of set away from the hustle and bustle of the street. What is this place you ask? Well, it is a champagne and whiskey bar, where you can try flights of champagne or whiskey (hence the "pop" in the name). Josh was our host and educated us on the champagne flight we selected (The Queen Squared) which included 3 glasses of champagnes of increasing heaviness. We were pleasantly surprised by our selections and learned a lot! Josh was a great host and you could tell he loved his job and was very knowledgeable about the product. I don't hand out too many 5 star ratings but Pop Alleigh deserves every single star! I needed a unique way to celebrate my bestie's birthday. You know the kind of friend that has everything already...AND she's a sommelier. She's hard to impress but was "wowed" the moment we walked in. The space is beautiful. Leigh greeted and seated us immediately. Al helped us choose a champagne flight that came with 3 amazing champagnes that are impossible to get by the glass anywhere in the city. Hands down one of the best champagne tastings I've experienced....And the caviar was buttery and delicious. Leigh and Al have created something amazing and I'm just so happy it's in Roswell. They also host lots of corporate events and celebrations and I'm putting this on the list for my next milestone birthday. read more

My friend and I left a brunch spot nearby and were just walking around exploring the area when we found this gem. It was a Sunday afternoon and there is free parking lots in the area. This place is small but super cute and the server was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I split a champagne flight since we had just eaten and just wanted to try them. They serve charcuterie, truffles, and meat or cheese boards. You are also given free chips as a snack to pair with your drink. This place is perfect for a bachelorette party, girl's night, or bday party. I heard they also have event from time to time so I definitely plan to return. read more

Well, well, well what do we have here! Excited was an understatement! Easy access just off Canton in Roswell. Small store front but with a Big wow on entering. Al was a gem and immediately we felt a warm welcome. Bowl of kettle chips to snack on delicious and another couple that were there recommended the Laurent Pierre Ultra Brut no added sugar....yup u heard me a no sugar champagne!!!! This is not only a unique experience but the classiest place I've seen and been to - from the high end tastings to the decor to die for it's truly an amazing place to visit. A friend and I came in to do a flight tasting and I had seen online that it was ladies night so there was a special tasting. there was no signage about it or mention when we came in. I had to ask about it and then we were offered that flight (it was a lower price so im assuming that's why we weren't offered it). Every other table was given the snacks but we were not. I'm not sure if it's because we got the lower price flight but it was confusing. I understand it is an upscale place but we won't be returning due to the service and the prices. read more

I've been waiting for a place like this to come to our area!!! I absolutely LOVE champagne and I'm constantly looking for that next fantastic bottle. That being said, yes you're going to pay a premium for some of these wines. It's a champagne bar! However, Pop has some champagnes you can't try anywhere else without paying for an entire bottle (i.e. Krug, Dom, and special vintages). They offer very reasonably priced flights, some mixed with champagne and other bubbly. They're constantly offering new flight selections as well. They have something for everyone. Not to mention the EXTENSIVE bottle menu! For someone like myself that has tried several different bottles of champagne, and has several on my bucket list, this is the perfect place to sit back, relax, enjoy the a glass of champagne and try new ones! They provide a gorgeous venue, with stellar service, and they make you feel like a VIP customer every time. I've been here a few times and I plan on coming this weekend! No they don't have a lot of food, but that's not what this place is all about. It's an experience and place to enjoy, try and appreciate champagne and sparkling wines.
