We eventually had to get up and find her just to get our checks. Part of our friends' order ended up on our bill, but we didn't bother waiting for her to correct it. To top it off, there was a random 3% service charge (for what?) and an automatic 20% gratuity added because there was a band. Not cool, especially given the terrible service. The entire restaurant felt unprepared and overwhelmed, and no one ever apologized for the extremely long waits. Will I go back? Probably not.
