I wanted the white because it looked light and happy. She's turning 75 and cooped up at home because of thr stay-at-home order. She sent me a picture of the ballons and a black one was sent instead of white. The ballons were nice but I never would have picked black. I don't want to remind her of death or her mortality. I called Lighter Than Air. He pointed out that it's on the website that colors may be substituted....and sure enough, it is. They didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't read all the way down to see that I needed to call if I wanted to be specific about color. My bad. He was very nice and offered, without me asking, to refund my money or send out different ballons. That was above and beyond what he needed to do and I very much appreciated it!!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

What I witnessed was shocking and unacceptable -- she yanked a toddler by the arm simply because he grabbed some sand. The child was visibly terrified. If sand is too messy for staff to handle, it should not be provided for kids to play with, but under no circumstance is physically grabbing a child appropriate. Later, Blanca yelled at my own child for "drawing on the table," even though the table was already covered with orange crayon when we arrived and my child was using a blue marker with the cap still on. I explained this to her, but she continued to act harshly toward my child. This level of unprofessional behavior is extremely concerning for anyone working around children. I strongly urge PNW to review this incident, provide proper training for their staff, and reconsider who they have supervising children's activities. Families should feel safe bringing their kids to events like this but today, we did not!!! Please let me know who I can talk to about a formal complaint as grabbing children that are not yours is not ok!!!

Unlike the buyers remorse I commonly feel after buying clothes and then trying them on again at home in front of my bad mirrors, there is ZERO buyer's remorse with DMWTB. Will was professional, punctual, and flexible from the beginning. I went in to the process having identified and booked most of my vendors already but to have someone help do all the coordination with the vendors the week of, including having detailed timelines and a floor plan created, saved me so much time and angst. Will and Sarah made our set-up beautiful and really captured the rustic feeling I wanted. He checked in on me throughout the evening and he helped keep our entire wedding day on schedule (it goes by FAST).
