Yay for Pop Mart! This was my first time going into Pop Mart. Not really my interest, but my cousins are into it so I went in and of course I couldn't leave without buying something. lol I did not like the idea of blind boxes because you might get something that you already have but it still sounds fun. Since it was my first time, I didn't have to worry about buying any duplicates. I did not know what I was buying. I just grabbed a few things and got lucky with some cute stuff. Pop! Oh let's do that again! Pop! This is what's H-O-T! It's all happening here . This is my daughter's play ground. On some personal time together she showed me why this is so important to her! First off, this is a Pop of Play, then it's gone! What's hot today is not hot tomorrow? Or if you wait then it's gone! She is addicted to the little things and adornments here! There are worse things to be found! They are truly so cute. It's not all about the little monsters or labubu craze that happens . A lot of these figures are created by "true" artists. Primarily from Korea and a few other Asian countries. As Americans we can share in their experiences and knowledge of the theme that they are presenting to the masses. The cute worthiness is here. This was my first time in a Pop Mart. Jojo was excellent! Her product knowledge and ability to help me pick out Christmas gifts for my 6 year old grandson was amazing! The store was clean and well organized. The lines moved smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience. read more

We decided to visit one Sunday evening when there was no line. We had walked by several times prior to the grand opening and were curious to check it out but are not obsessed enough with Labubus to wait in a long time. The inside is actually quite small but cute (kawaii) and full of various collectables, blind boxes, etc. Yes, there are Labubus on display but no, they did not have any in stock. It's kind of like going into a Rolex store and admiring all the models on display only to be told none of them are actually for sale. The staff seemed very friendly but really didn't give any indication of when they might have more Labubus in stock. This is overall a very cute store, and we will probably pop in again when there's no line to see what's in stock. read more

As usual, every thing that you want is online order for pickup only. I think its just some sort of scheme to make the items more desirable cuz u cant get them in stores yet they just keep producing them nonstop Ok enough of the rant. I do have most of the labubu anyways but I sold them... the store is nice size with all the labubu displayed but unavailable. All the big plush. Nope. The small plush. Nope. The new plush plugs. Nope. One piece. Nope. Supermarket. Nope. Even World of war craft is sold out... they do have league of legend and the almost hidden series Picked up a case of the almost hidden mini figures. And a couple if skullpanda. Didn't get the ones I want... boohoo... I will try in asia. That's how I got my checkmate and fall in the winds labubu. Anyhow, I see a popmart I will check it. So many cute toys at Pop Mart! I've always loved blind boxes since tokidoki unicorns so we had to try these toys. We got the Big into energy and Exciting Macaron pastel colored labubus. We also got the Disney Mickey Mouse blind boxes and luckily got the ones we wanted! There were 2 Disney boxes we've seen at a downtown Disney store. So many options here! read more

I stopped by the Pop Mart soft opening in Downtown Summerlin today, and WOW - what a fun surprise! First of all, the store is aesthetic goals. Bright, colorful, and filled wall-to-wall with the cutest collectible blind boxes you've ever seen. If you're into art toys, designer figures, or anything remotely kawaii, you're going to want to bring your self-control (or maybe just your credit card). The staff was super welcoming and seemed genuinely excited to introduce people to the Pop Mart brand. A Big win for local collectors. Since it's the soft opening, not everything is fully stocked yet, and there were a few popular series that were already sold out (word travels fast!), but the team said they'll be restocking soon and bringing in exclusive collabs. Located in downtown Summerlin, it is a cute little store with many small toy figures. I was curious about this store since I've seen it on social media platforms, so I decided to check it out with my kids. If you or your children are interested in Marvel, Disney, and Star Wars, I would recommend visiting here. It is a bit pricy, but they have some good gifts. The store workers are friendly and very helpful in answering questions. For parking, I recommend parking on the east side near Dave & Busters. read more

I happened to pass by and saw the store in the corner. (Caught me off guard.) This store is big and the lighting is so bright. Loved the employee shirts. Plenty of inventory (except the Labubu dolls). Store is spacious, but they do have someone keeping count of how many customers there are and not go over cap. read more

Wow! Amazing service from the Pop Mart employees there today, especially from Cindy! We had a big order that totaled around maybe 4k. They do have bags available in store for shopping use, but the other store associate (Im sorry, we didn't catch your name! But it was a taller gentleman with twin braids and a labubu sticker on his lanyard tag ), kindly offered to take our purchases and hold them behind the counter while we shopped. They have a great selection of items and the displays were very cute! From Labubus, Hironos, Skull Pandas, Disney, Cry Babies, and more! The store is clean, tidy, and they are careful about crowd control as it can get very busy. Cindy was very helpful throughout the store and at checkout, assisting us with questions and concerns that we had about buying individual boxes vs big multi-pack boxes. As we were checking out, we started to notice a line forming behind us with the amount of items we bought, but Cindy kept her head cool and didn't rush us as wee kept apologizing for holding up the line, but Cindy's coworker was smooth and friendly, keeping the line moving while we held it up. Unfortunately, the receipt printer also cut off our purchases printed at a certain point, but Cindy was resourceful, cool, and quick as she then offered for us to do separate receipts--the line steadily growing behind us. Cindy was also kind enough to throw in some freebies that you can receive after signing up for Pop Mart's loyalty program! Overall, amazing customer service from an amazing team at Pop Mart. First time here and my son refused to go in bc he "hated" labubu's but guess who came out of the store with one? yes. I couldn't resist buying a few mystery boxes either. Everything is, I hate to admit it, super cute. Wished they had more stuff in stock that my son was looking at but my wallet was happy about it so it's okay. the Coca Cola ones are so cute! The workers are very helpful to my 20 questions and they were all very knowledgeable of what they had in stock vs what they don't. A cute little shop to stop by. Went to the Grand Opening on July 12, 2025. Got there at 630am. Store opens at 8am. I was #381 finally got in at 2p. ( I know I'm crazy but anything for the grandkids). Once inside the store it is filled with beautiful displays of Pop Mart characters. Stood in line again because the Labubu's were behind the cashier's . I wind up buying the "Have A Seat Labubu set" where you get all 6 Labubu's and a set of the Skullpanda Ink Plum Blossom Figures. If I need to go to any Pop Mart I would definitely come to the Summerlin store. read more

The service was very helpful and understanding that we know nothing of the merchandise brought my goddaughters and of course they loved it and excited to get the "surprise" items they wanted. They advertise Labubu's, but you have to order them online to get it from the store? What's worst, having thousands of people with "bots" to hoard all the online app, or everyday, genuine people who's actually visiting, wanting, and took the time to drive there to buy? That's the most ridiculous way to market and serve people. You also have to pay .50 cents for a bag, how else are you going to carry anything you buy out. Employees literally standing around and keeping an eye on customers like they're going to steal, if that's the case, what are surveillance cameras are for? Just hire a private security. Just an overall bad experience to buy overpriced, cheaply made products. read more

I cannot believe the racial profiling that just happened at this store my father (who is Brazilian) and I were walking around the store looking at the merchandise and speaking in Portuguese with each other and a sales associate was following us all around for the 10 minutes we were in there. I didn't see one of the dolls I wanted and so I opened the cabinet, not realizing that that wasn't allowed. She was right behind us watching and heard me wondering out loud where the specific figurine was that I wanted. She raised her voice right in my face and said that we're not allowed to open the cabinets. I set my stuff down and left without buying. I will never go in there again. read more

Greeter so sweet and sold me over $200. Cashier was good fast and efficient. I decided before I walked out the store to change from a keychain to a larger size and the manager, guy with the glasses said everything was final sale a minute after I checked out.
