My first and last time at this location due to this one male employee who was absolutely rude. I drove far and pregnant to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I purchased her 3 crybaby blind boxes, 1 skullpanda blind box, and another blind box of something else. When we got to the register he had no smile and was rude when I asked if they had a sold out product in the back or if we can purchse the display ones. He blandly replied "No" continued working on a task making no eye contact with me. This is one of the best Pop Mart stores in Southern California. Store is big with a lot of selection, also a vending machine next to it. Sure, it may not have Labubu in stock, but it has an Instagram account which alerting fans of their upcoming in stock items from time to time, then you can come to pick it up later if you can luckily order it online. To me, the downside is coming here can be a pain as this westfield mall is very popular during the weekends. Thanksgiving Shopping Disaster at Westfield's Pop Mart Today at Westfield, I went to the Century Pop Mart vending machine, to grab my favorite Labubu . What followed, however, was an incredibly frustrating and unfair experience that I feel compelled to share. Here's what happened: 1 Unclear Rules: Two staff members were repairing the vending machine, and a line of customers formed while waiting. Some blind boxes were covered in white paper, so no one knew what they were. There were no signs or announcements stating that customers couldn't leave the line and rejoin, even if friends were holding their place. 2 Unfair Treatment: While waiting, I briefly stepped out of line to check what was inside the vending machine, as many others did. When I returned, a male staff member suddenly told me I couldn't rejoin and had to go to the back of the line. My friend, who was holding my spot, argued with him, and he left--only to block me from purchasing when it was my turn! 3 Inconsistent Enforcement: I wasn't the only one who stepped out of line and came back, but I was the only person targeted. When my friend asked the supervisor (Henry Nguyen) why, he admitted that others did the same but "weren't caught." So if no one sees it, it's fine? How is this fair? 4 Poor Customer Experience: The staff didn't explain rules clearly from the beginning. They wasted my time on a busy Thanksgiving day. Instead of offering solutions, they threatened to call security. 5 Management Failure: Henry admitted this isn't the first time such issues have happened, yet no improvements have been made. I came for the Labubu big into energy drop and got here at 6AM and they started to fight. It was ridiculous. They should've had police standing here to keep people in formation. Also, they decided to kick everyone out and cancel and not tell anyone passed the top front level because of people in their front fighting and refusing to leave. The police have been called. This was very disappointing and stressful. I drove an hour and 30 minutes for this and it was very upsetting. For the location, it was very unfortunate and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. So upsetting. If I could, I'd put 0 stars. And now, their IG said that you can pick it up in store if you're lucky to snag anything. Do not buy more than one item from the same box. The boxes on the floor are always kept "full", giving the illusion that it's a brand new box and there are no repeats. That is not the case. When someone buys 1 or 2 toys, staff quickly stocks the missing gaps with toys from other boxes. This is not good practice and it's very misleading. There could be potentially more than 2 copies of the same toy in the one box on the floor. There is no sign or warning that you can get repeated toys from the same box on the floor. My wife and I bought 2 toys each (from different collections) from the same box and we both got repeats. My advise would be to put a warning about this or get rid of the box because you're purposely misleading your customers into believing they always have a chance at the rare item and to not get a repeat, when this is not the case. The store is spacious and inviting layout to look around at some of their one-of-a-kind designer toys, including MOLLY, The Monsters, DIMOO, and SKULLPANDA. Among my many visit highlights was the Peach Riot collection by native LA artist Libby Frame, in which an edgy, street-smart style takes center stage. It didn't hurt that the staff were friendly and informative to round out my overall experience. i came in for the new release of the big into energy labubus. there was no line organization from popmart or the mall. popmart did nothing to ease the chaos. if anything they made it 100x worse. male managers screaming at us like we are children. one manager in particular had bad anger issues. they ended up canceling the whole drop & made hundreds of people not get any labubus due to their lack of organization. i was there at 8pm the night before along with many others. it's so disappointing they did such a horrible job. -10/10 experience. also to add mall security did a horrible job at keeping everyone safe. read more

One of your staff at the Century City store was terrible. The awful customer service was so unexpected. The salesman told me that if I buy the whole set then I cannot buy the blind box and I replied to him "ok". I was looking around and he repeated what he said. Then 30 seconds later, he said the same thing to me again like I was there to steal things. I then said " ok, I'm still thinking." I asked him if certain items are available. He said no. Then later I asked him if another item is available. He said " I have already told you that they are not available!" with an attitude. I asked him how much the big Labubu is and he answered. After I lined up to pay, I forgot how much the big Labubu is and asked him again. Very unorganized! Why have an in person line up, when nothing was planned. No line set up, not enough security, it was basically chaos.

This store has an awful treatment of their customers. My wife drove a long way to the Century City mall. Hundreds of people lined up for these new Labubu dolls. They said that because some people lined up earlier than they were supposed to, that the store would not be selling the dolls to anyone in the line! There was a collective punishment on the group instead of separating people out who lined up too early. The store said you can go online at noon and select in store pickup to reserve a doll. The problem is the website is terrible and crashes when a lot of people go on it. We had our accounts setup and ready to buy exactly at noon, and of course it gave an error when we tried to pay, probably because it had sold out in seconds. My wife wasted hours for nothing. I told her that she should rage quit this Labubu trend. There are people waiting in line for food and water in certain parts of the world. We should not stress ourselves out trying to buy ugly dolls because they are trendy, while getting treated poorly by the store that pulls a bait and switch on you when you arrive. read more

Love the toys. They're usually out of stock, way too much demand and not enough supply. Management is way bad. They don't have the skills and haven't cared that they have issues with customers, staff and stock. It's been brought to their attention 5 times that I'm aware of about the crowds and mall security issue. Not once have they even tried to address the issue.
