The tires were shot, the gears were not switching. They gave me a list of things and I declined somethings but got the rest. I turned it in but it was busy they said and it would take 2 weeks. They would text me when ready. 2 weeks later, I did not receive a text. A week later, they called and informed me that they missed an issue at check-in and that it would take another week or so as they had to place an order. It is a good thing I have a mountain bike to train with! I received a text and went to go pick it up a couple weeks later as I just didn't have the time. When I picked up the bike, I wish they would have given me a refresher on all the things they fixed (one by one) but I could have also asked. I've ridden the bike and it is good as new.
