I ordered a small vanilla soft serve cone, but the employee behind the counter started scooping regular ice cream into a cup. When I clarified that I wanted soft serve, she told me, "Yes, soft serve--we make it from scooped ice cream," which made no sense. They then charged me over $7 for what was clearly not soft serve. After my card was already processed, I told them I didn't want it. At that point, the owner, Alan, became extremely aggressive--raising his voice and even putting his hands on me. I left immediately and will never return. It's disappointing, as I try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make that difficult. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The cones are the best value, once-for-ounce. They also have small sampler cups to test as many flavors as you like for free. Of all the flavors, I've found the Coconut and Cookie Dough (a swirl between Chocolate and Cookie Dough) to be my favorites. I highly recommend stopping and giving them a try. While you're there, you can always fill-up with dirt-cheap gas as well!
