After visiting 2 other lock smiths Advance Lock was able to make a copy of my security gate key.

We now live on the Northshore and there were no key shops in our area that had an actual shop, not just mobile. We have an antique men's wardrobe with 2 skeleton keys. We needed to replace one that was bent and decided to get another set just in case we misplaced the originals. Real locksmiths with a store are getting hard to find because so the money's in the mobile locksmiths. But I always look, because the quality of the keys is so much better. Finding an actual locksmith is harder than it sounds. Most are out of vans and come and pop your lock or change your front door. Places that actually make those keys that are odd or old or not common you can't make at the home centers like Lowe's. Advance lock was fast and the keys all work I believe they also do residential and commercial. Highly recommend. read more

No more Home Depot or Lowes for me for getting keys made. I have on several occassions went to a hardware store to get keys made and every other time the key doesn't work properly.
