I wish I had tried this place sooner! The honey fig was AMAZING and really stood out out of the 3 that I got. But all of them were great!

My wife wanted Italian icees and found this place instead. The store front is extremely unassuming; we didn't know we were in the right place until we walked through the door. They had a nice variety of popsicles but no non-dairy creamy ones, a huge bummer for my wife as she's developing a lactose intolerance. However we both enjoyed our popsicles, which were fresh and well made. My raspberry mango had nice raspberry chunks in it! A bit pricey at 4 bucks a pop but good on a hot summer day. Not sure we will be back given the price but enjoyed trying a new spot!

    Hard to choose!

I was fortunate to try PopCentric at this year's Rock to Rock. A modest operation out of a car but lots of enticing options. My friend went for Mango Strawberry, and I went for Key Lime Pie. I'm not even the most avid key lime pie person, but this popsicle was awesome, subtle creaminess with the tart lime and a little crumble on top. Loved it! The mango strawberry was also good; both flavors really shines through. Both pops were $3. I'd love to try more flavors!

So obsessed with these pops! I honestly didn't think POPSICLES could be this amazing. Every flavor I have tried so far blows me away and makes me wish the pops were bigger. Hibiscus lime is a favorite. Unique flavors I can't wait to try include coconut avocado and fruit salad! They also have pup pops for your beloved furry friends on those hot "dog days" of summer.

The strawberry beet pop is amazing!! It's the only one I've tried so far but it's delicious!! I'm definitely excited to try more flavors.

This review is based upon my recent visit to support my Food Blogger friends @thesidedishers who inspired a sundae there. It was this crazy combination based on Thanksgiving sides. I believe the components included corn casserole ice cream. Sweet potato casserole ice cream. Cranberry sauce. Whipped cream. And freeze dried green beans, for texture, and because it's Thanksgiving. LOL This was an exceptionally cool and creative seasonal Sundae. My favorite combination was the sweet corn ice cream with the sweet and acidic cranberry sauce. Will I ever order a sundae with green beans again? Probably not, but I can't rule it out. I've gotten to know Kelly a bit from my own food blogging. She's very nice and cares about the craft of making ice cream the right way. Cticecreamtour, who has an ice cream food truck featuring some of the best ice cream shops in CT has carried multiple Kelly's ice creams, and that's all I needed to know. 4.5 Stars

Of all the sites we visited, this was the stand out. The fruits and vegetables are incredible... literally picture-perfect and bursting with flavor. In addition, the stand has lots of homemade products like mango salsa, horseradish mustard, and the like. These specialty items are delicious! Oh, and don't forget to pick up some of their homemade preserves. My husband and I practically overdosed on peach preserves! There is a beautiful outdoor area where kids can play, which also makes the stand a nice destination for families. Last but not least, the staff that works here is so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them.

One of the best flavors of ice cream I've ever had...period! ++++ Strawberry and Cranberry with Dark Chocolate Chunk - Once again, so creamy for ice cream. These fruity flavors were phenomenal! Not too sweet and so natural tasting. No "artifical-ness" whatsoever. Being the hugely obsessive strawberry ice cream fanatic that I consider myself to be, this might have been the best strawberry ice cream I've ever tasted. + Menu consist of some very delicious-sounding and interesting flavors, including the Almond and Sweet Cream ones mentioned above, Pumpkin with Ginger Molasses and Eggnog. + Two employees were very friendly, engaging and informative about the most popular flavors. + Taste-testing is certainly allowed. + Two benches for customers to sit on inside, but there is plenty of standing room to walk around and admire the farm cow photos on the wall. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Even on a chilly March Saturday evening at around 6 PM, there were PLENTY of folks willing to freeze their tastebuds off here, so that tells you enough about how good the ice cream is here. = Conveniently located right around the corner from the Yale University campus, so you can enjoy your delicious ice cream with some of the world's brightest minds in your company. = According to their story, all of the ice cream served here is naturally produced from the milk of some of their 300 cows, which are housed at Arethusa Farm near Litchfield, CT, hence why their ice cream is so naturally smoooooooth and refreshing and doesn't have a hint of artificial taste in them.
