I dropped it off and picked it up on Thursday, only to find the dress wrinkled and not at all what I expected from a professional dry cleaner. With such an important event coming up, I really needed the dress to be ready to wear, and now I have to scramble to fix it myself. I haven't had an issue with any of my scrubs, jackets, coats or shirts I bring here. They have taken out every stain I have found and even reminded me of a set of scrubs I left there 6 months ago, saving me over $100 for this particular set. Im a regular for sure!

I've had good experiences here. In most cases the staff is…read morevery friendly helpful. To date I have had shirts cleaned here hundreds of times. On occasion a shirt gets misplaced or separated. When something is wrong with the order, the staff does not offer much consolation. After finding the garment I finally hear an explanation of responsibility. I would like a little more credibility when there is a discrepancy in the order. They have a very good system that minimizes loss and error. Simply letting me know they'll look into it would be adequate. Every garment has eventually made it home. I never question taking my business here, I've had better experiences here than anywhere else.
