The ham was thin, with burned areas and not off the bone as I like it, but oh well. The coffee was bitter, I probably could have scrubbed and cleaned a frying pan with it. I was hungry, the price was right and I was satisfied. The service was good. My server was painfully pierced and tattooed and if the wind got a hold of her, she's look like a sheet of wallpaper flying down the street. Each time I have visited in the past, I found the facilities, both inside and out, to be clean and well kept. I always order my sliders 'with everything' That's the way I enjoy them the most. Each visit at this location, however, has resulted in disappointment. My sliders have been lacking mustard and ketchup with each order. Unfortunately, if you do take-out and are miles away by the time you discover that something-just-isn't-right, there simply isn't any way to fix it. To make sure that everything is in place, I opened my cheeseburgers for inspection. Much to my dismay, I could only find pickles and onions, but not a trace of mustard or ketchup. with similar issues at other White Castle locations in the past, I guess from now on instead of saying "with everything", I'll have to say, "with mustard and ketchup, pickles and onions".

This review is not for the food but mainly the employees…read more I am not sure if the GM, Managers, or anyone in management pays attention to this, if they do I hope they would fix the issue at their location. So something I am noticing with this location compared to other locations is, does not matter the age group, gender, or culture of the employee seems none can listen well enough to a customer order, I have been to this place few times due to this #1 problem, "They do not listen to the order they are taking from the customer what so ever" So tonight I was asked what kind of sauce I want, I ask for mild an ddiablo, get home I got mild and fire, last I checked fire is a red packet not a black backet with hotter sauce, not going to make big issue on that, it is just sauce, but just making a point these guys do not listen for crap at all, I have had multiple orders in the past mixed up due to their employees on night shift and even day shift not listening what so ever. Issue is I have not had this listening issue with other locations in Hammond or Munster, it was always this location, thank goodness they did not get my 2 burrito orders mixed up, yet the simplest answer of what kind of sauce gets messed up. this taco bell and Wendy's both have something in commond, the employees got crap in their ears since they never listen to the customer's orders, or get an order correct.
