I came here on 6/10/26 at 6:25pm. BEWARE of this location! I had placed a mobile order and placed another order at the kiosk inside. I didn't mind waiting since I only saw 1 manager doing the drive thru and front counter, 1 worker also doing both and 1 other person doing the kitchen. I gave them grace and I had patience. I saw people that ordered after me getting their orders first and leaving. I received my drinks 1st and by the time I got my food the soda was already watered down. By the time I got my 2nd order, I was already waiting 30 minutes and my fries got cold. I asked the worker nicely if she was able to replace them since I was waiting for so long. The worker gave me attitude and stated that she can't change them because she's "busy" she left me unattended at the front and started talking about me on the headset to the other coworkers. I saw the manager and I told her that the worker was very rude and didn't want to replace my fries. I spent over $60 worth of food for it to be cold while waiting. She then fills up a box of fries and slides them forcefully towards me on the counter. She didn't handed it to me. I just found it very tasteless when I was VERY patient and kind towards them and I knew they were short handed. When I entered this place I saw a family ordered, sat down ate all their food, by the time I got my order this family was already leaving the restaurant. I was waiting 45 mins for 2 orders and for the employees to treat me like I wasn't a paying customer I left there very upset. I will not be coming to this Popeyes. read more

Pine Avenue is the most Unprofessional, No Customer Service Etiquette and Horrible Management is leading with no regards to do better. Weather situation, electricity on/off and employees apparently didn't know how to continue service. Multitasking was definitely something no on had experienced because the drive thru register had a few issues. Instead of Management explaining to the customer what there options were they had a new hire too afraid to ask questions, including his name(Mgr. James). I love Popeye's Chicken sandwich (like most everyone) but today the two sandwiches we received were complete and utter devastations! I'm so troubled having to write this review of what is normally my favorite chicken sandwich of all-time. Todays beautiful RUINED sandwiches were ordered at lunchtime and apparently the staff in Belleview could not handle the pressure. That they allowed two sandwiches to depart their store in the condition they were going to end up in is unspeakable. The hot chicken breasts (one breaded and fried, the other blackened) were stuffed onto the brioche bun, flooded with mayo and pickles and tossed into foil bags to continue heating on the ride home. Upon opening, the sandwiches were swimming in mayonnaise SAUCE that had broken and melted in the interior of the foil bags. This turned the crispy, crunchy breading to slimy paste that slid off the chicken breast as well as the blackened seasoning leaving the other chicken breast as wretchedly compromised. The pickles were wet. The buns were deflated and sopped sponge-like with the mayonnaise and pickle juice chicken breast bath. There was no way to consume either sandwich. Thus the meat was rinsed off and patted dry with paper towels and saved for the cat. The two humans unfortunately had to make a meal of an order of Cajun fries, a cup of mac and cheese and two strawberry biscuits. Disappointing? You betcha. Except for the cat. She was thrilled and wanted to personally call them in Belleview to thank them for murdering our sandwiches. A crime was committed here. A crime against crispy and blackened seasoning chicken breast sandwiches that never should have occurred. read more

2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 89/100 Probably the best Popeyes I have EVER been to. Parking lot was clean, person at the drive thru was super sweet, and when we changed our mind & decided to eat inside instead she proclaimed "no problem, I'll have your orders ready in a bit!". When we got inside it was the cleanest fast food restaurant I'd ever been in, not a crumb on a table. Even the restrooms were sparkling. The cashier brought us our food as soon as it was ready, like right to the table! The only thing I can call out is we may have confused her with our order, we both said no pickles, but we got one po'boy without lettuce, but including pickles, & the other with extra lettuce lol. This store has had the WORST customer service and management since it has been opened in our small town! I'm not sure why the owner allows this behavior to continue. Rude is the norm and very NON customer service friendly (including management) . We have given them so many chances the last couple years, however, they have never past the test 1 time! Orders are always wrong or the attitude or both. They all need to be but through customer service etiquette class and training before they are allowed to work! I stopped by to grab a tea about half an hour before closing. I was in the middle of a long drive after dark, and just needed a little caffeine. I could see the crew cleaning the dining hall so I pulled through the drive through so as not to dirty up the recently swept floor. The microphone came on and someone gave a loud deep sigh, and that was all. I could feel the eyes rolling through the microphone. Place was empty when I walked in and it took forever for help. Once I ordered the lady I ordered with seemed confused and had to get a card to make the transaction. Then she went back to look though a bunch of old chicken that was in a plastic drawer a few times to find the right one. When I got the food it was warm but tasted like the chicken was sitting there for a week. The Mac and cheese I ordered with the meal I was charged extra and it was only a few ounces of food and the cheese was so old it was cudgeling. Felt sick after I ate half of the sandwich. Rip off! Ordered 3pc chicken dinner with biscuit, red beans & rice, small diet coke and an extra side of mashed potatoes & gravy. This Popeyes always has horrible service. Tonight I went in and ordered a 12 piece meal for my family along with two orders of quarter pound popcorn shrimp. She gave me 10 pieces of chicken counted them out, which I was only aware of because she counted them out loud, and when I told her I ordered a 12 piece, she seemed aggravated. Then when they brought me my quarter pound popcorn shrimp it was nowhere near quarter pound. When I told her it wasn't enough she said that's what it comes with, I informed her that my family eats there quite often and we know what a quarter pound of shrimp should look like.
