We just visited the Bradley location and decided to eat inside for the first time (we've always gone thru the drive thru). It took us 30 minutes to get our food and it was wrong. The lady working the register was new and the people they had assisting her...don't really think they wanted to be at work. The manager was working the drive thru by herself and acted oblivious to what was going on (although the drive thru was NOT busy; maybe 1 car every 10 minutes). I got the 6, which came with three chicken fingers, a side and soda. I had to wait for 3 minutes. We went there for the first time. The lady taking our order spoke too softly and we had a hard time hearing her and she wasn't helpful to first- time customers. The mild chicken was extremely salty. The pieces of chicken were small and undercooked on the inside as the meat didn't pull away easily from the bone. I thought I was getting the sweet tea, but it wasn't sweet. Then everyone in the kitchen begins blaming each other, but long story Short i had to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes for my CORRECT order. 2nd Visit- I Ordered 2 rippin' chicken combos, one with fries as the side item and the other with mash potatoes, well they forgot my side of mashed potatoes. 3rd visit- On My Third Visit All I ordered was one rippin' chicken combo because i was by myself, everything was fine until i told the person at the drive through that she forgot to add my sauce, she then basically threw two sauce packets at me as she turned around mouthing the phrase "oh my Fu***** god". (i.e. the Mac and cheese can vary between too watery, too thick, soggy or Al dente, the fries can be over seasoned or a little bland. Etc.) But their real issue is the poor service. I order there often simply because of the good food but I expect to wait an incredibly long time and 9 times out of 10 (seriously) I expect the order to be wrong in one way or another. I only use the drive thru. The problem with that is a longer wait time for your food. This is typical of all the Popeyes drive thru I have been to. Popeyes is also notorious for rude/impatient staff.
