The food is delicious more than delicious actually. I love their mashed potatoes and wedges! Those are my go to sides and the rest of their sides are good too I just personally don't like pasta much. I love that they have a $4 promo right now of 2 piece dark or 2 piece tenders with a couple of wedges. It's from Monday- Friday 10am till 2 pm. Not just that the workers they are very kind and will always offer the best deals and the cheapest. The workers in the gas are extremely kind and hilarious too! Who knew that food in a gas could be so damn good! The price is worth it too since they hand bread all the chicken just like if you were making it at home, none of their chicken is frozen it's all fresh! Fresh made chicken is very good. I'm going to try the fish. Small gas station business is better than KFC.

I was skeptical. But this place is frying up chicken with a capital K. These franchises are nestled in unsuspecting gas stations all over the country. I'm not one who delights in those oily hot dogs you see rolling around in the open at the station. There's nothing wrong with those who do. I'm just saying, I have something in my head that signals me to think that food at the gas station might taste like fuel. I know - call me krazy. Surprisingly, Krispy Krunchy is very krusty. I ordered both bone-in chicken and the tenders. The krust is tasty and has flavor. The food I received was hot, fresh and the service was good too. I probably won't make a habit of eating here. Because, you know, atherosclerosis by way of too much fried, vegetable oil laden poultry. However, it's a solid choice when you're craving krunchy goodness and you also need a fill up on pump 10. read more

The fish would rock if it had a Cajun spice of even lemon pepper. House dipping sauce tasted like ole bay and ranch dressing. read more

Came here. Girl behind counter was very friendly and kind. Took good care of my carryout order. Red beans and rice, decent, chicken tenders , decent , 3 piece mixed dark and white meat chicken, decent. Dark meat is always greasy but minimal here. Batter not too heavy. I came across the Krispy Krunchy Chicken restaurant chain by accident a year ago looking for a quick meal. With no previous experience with the place I didn't have high expectations. However, it turns out the portions are generous, at a great value, and it tastes really good! I tend to get the chicken strips meal which includes fries, a biscuit, and a drink. Additionally, the people who own the establishment seem to genuinely care about the customers and quality of the food even though it is really a rather fast food experience. It is just off the I-65 exit and while there may be a couple big truck stops on the other side of the highway with some dining options, you'll be happy you chose to stop here instead. Not only do they sell great chicken, but they also have also have a pizza franchise in the building and also a Subway on the other side. It makes this the perfect stop where everyone in the family can get something satisfying! Not to mention you can get snacks in the convenience store and also fill up the tank with gas as you continue your journey. If you are a regular traveler, live locally, or just need a good meal while passing through, I highly suggest you stop for the chicken. If you'd have told me that the best biscuit I ever had came from a place inside a gas station I would have laughed in your face. This is by far the best biscuit I ever had. The Cajun tenders were amazing. I was in a hurry and on the phone and didn't realize they had red beans and rice until after I ordered potato wedges so I'll have to try that next time. Wow their chicken is far better than the leading KFC, I found this place in my local neighborhood and was impressed with their food and fast service, not only is the chicken awesome I love their waffle fries or wedges, seasoned just right and so is the prices. We buy their Family Value pack & there is only me & my husband because their chicken freezes very well to keep on hand when needing a quick meal. Check them out you won't be sorry.
