There is a constant issue with my orders when picking up and after spending over 61$ and receiving mild chicken after selecting spicy is frustrating. Can I give this store and it's product a negative 1?? My husband ordered a (spicy) box of tenders came with cold French fries, "no sauce, no sauce" (came with two bbq sauce) and a dried out biscuit. My problem is, ONE, the fact that CORY not only could not understand my husbands order (I was on the phone with him at the time) it had somewhat the fact that he forgot to turn his microphone off and was talking crap. The big deal was if we went to the Popeyes on Cline Ave. we would of gotten full chicken tenders, not smashed pieces of breaded fibers. This location hasnt had a consistent drive through location last three years. Most of time they tell you to come in and place an order. I've been double charged, talked to horribly by a woman taking drive thru orders, they are always out of something and items left out of my order. I've left messages on their recorder (you can NEVER get a live person) and NOONE ever follows up. The woman that's usually at the drive through discourages you from ordering there. I went twice for the fish sandwich during Lent. The first time she advised it would be 7 mins for the sandwich and seemed shocked that I was willing to wait. The second time she advised that it would be 12-15 mins for the same sandwich. (Maybe they had to go catch the fish I'm not sure but I didn't wait). The service is always rude. We do not go back anymore but this information needs to be shared: 1) to let customers know that may be planning to stop here but must importantly 2) in hopes that Popeyes Corp will see it and do something about it.
