I have had it delivered before and it was downright inedible and made me feel sick so I don't suggest that! I haven't been inside this restaurant in years and I can only assume that's probably for the best but I can't judge that fairly. What I can judge is the outside which looks to be in rough shape and noticeably outdated compared to the one a few miles down the road. Lastly, as far as service goes, I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience. I've heard about a lot of others having bad experiences but I guess I'm lucky. I placed my order for 5 beef soft tacos, 1 7-layer burrito, and 1 shredded chicken burrito. When I reached the window, Desirae, the order-taker had her back to it, talking to another co-worker. She didn't have gloves on, or a mask. Her co-worker (a male) had gloves on. There was 1 truck in front of me, I presume they were waiting for food that needed to be prepared. Desirae didn't say much during our transaction, just telling me the order total, and handing me the little handheld machine to scan my VISA card. I was given a receipt and then my food. After 10 minutes, I arrived home, and set the food out and my family began eating. I then went to look for my 7-layer burrito and the shredded chicken burrito. Imagine my surprise to see 5 HARD shell beef tacos, and 4 burritos with beef, thick, nacho cheese and sour cream. Not one part of this order was correct. I started to bag up what was left and called the store. It rang and rang, then I heard a click and hang up. This happened twice. It was late, I didn't want to make a drive back to the store. My family ate the food, but I didn't. It wasn't what I ordered. I filled out the "Tell the Bell" survey detailing all of this, and I thought I'd be contacted by a store manager, district manager, etc. But, nope. It's been 6 days and NO response. The drive-thru was kept flowing of course, but the team there were apparently getting THEIR orders wrong too because people kept coming in with missing items or items that needed correcting. I took it back up to the counter, and when I began to express my displeasure to said manager person over taking twenty minutes to still get an order wrong, he cut me off immediately and rushed back into the kitchen.
