I visited this location this past weekend and during my visit I ordered a two piece with fries and coleslaw. My chicken tasted very old and it was cold. My fries were hard and the biscuit was so hard it felt like a rock. The service was decent but the food was awful. The ambiance needed some improvement. read more

I'm giving 1 star because I have to at least give them something , my family and I went to Popeyes to eat today 11/04/23 went thru the drive thru to be greeted very rudely for this was our first time coming and of course we wasn't sure what we wanted , we got to the window after ordering for the guy at the window having our orders mixed up he was also very rude and kept shutting the window when we tried to ask questions , well we get our food , the fries are thrown in the bag which are even the correct size we ordered , the sandwich was good but I think this store needs an adjustment for sure ! Excellent consistent fried chicken; whether you choose spicy or regular I've found it to be very consistent in quality and presentation. I also like the dirty rice and red beans and rice. read more

Normally I have great services, not this time. I order 8 piece spicy family meals w/large side. Only received enough fries for one person, informed the worker this wasn't a large. He got upset because I said something, he back to the window it would be 3 minutes with attitude. They knew it wasn't enough fries to get over. My wife and I wanted Popeye's! We ordered online at 3:30 to pick up at 3:55. We discovered that the order wasn't sent there at the stated time to be prepared. There is no wifi to pull up our e-mail, so we had to search for a nearby hotspot to load the e-mail. by the time we got back, they had the order sent to them. New Rule: DON'T order online. We got the family dinner. The breast I had was HUGE and good. The side was redbeans and rice, and it was really good. My late dad and his also passed friend use to go to Popeye's all over the country and said their chicken was the best. I couldn't argue abou the food this time. read more

Well I'm back in town so I thought I'd give them a second try. Dumb idea, I should have read my own review. This is the worst service I think I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes for my food after I reached the drive through window. I did get a spoon this time because I asked for it. These employees can't count as the chicken pieces were shorted. I stopped by this location for lunch today. Everything was good except when I asked for no ice the person intentionally adds ice to my drink. I know she did it intensionally because I asked her twice to not add ice. When I got to the window literally couple of seconds after, there was ice. So I asked her if I could have a drink without ice. She gives me a drink without ice, but she adds water in it. =( Seriously!!!???!!! I don't care of your attitude because you shouldn't have one. You need to be professional because I am paying full price for my food so I should receive all the food and a proper drink I asked for. Unfortunately I tasted the drink when I got to the hotel. Cursed her in my mind. Trashed my drink. Will never go to the same Popeyes again. Just a word of advise sweet heart. Went after church on a Sunday afternoon. I've never been so disappointed in food. We paid $17 for basically just biscuits and drinks. Our chicken was dried out and rubbery. I order the mash potatoes and Cajun gravy. The mash potatoes tasted like gritz with old bacon and sausage grease on top. Their drink machine had scrum all over the back of the drink dispenser.
