This was our first time here, traveling from out of state. We walked in around 9:30, not aware that…read morethe kitchen was closing. Our waitress approached management and they personally came to our table, offering to make us anything from the griddle. The wings were phenomenal (Spicy Garlic Parm and Jameson Honey Whiskey) and the drinks were very reasonably priced. All of the staff were friendly and checked on us, making us feel very welcomed. The atmosphere left nothing to be desired! We sat on the deck overlooking a small lake- there were string lights, some signs and decor, and just enough light to set a relaxing vibe. They were even decorating for Halloween, and all of the staff were happy and excited, such a nice sight that showcased a family environment. We later realized it was the owner who had approached us and personally cooked our food! What an amazing way to welcome and take care of customers! We have added this to our road-trip stops and can not wait to come back here again! Don't pass this one up, you won't be disappointed!

The food is more or less what you would expect. The service is questionable. When the waitress…read morestarts to suggest changes to your order, ie, salad instead of fries, more chips & salsa - they should also tell you that there is a charge for it. I had a mushroom cheese quesadillas & it came with chips & salsa. Since the person I was with was also eating the chips & salsa I asked for more. No problem until we got the bill. The "suggestions" cost extra, and we were charged for the additional chips and salsa. If that's their policy okay, but please let the diners know ahead of time. Also, my quesadilla consisted of 3 pieces. Every other place I've ordered one there were 6 pieces & I took 3 home for the next day. Also, I'm considered tiny - 4'11", about 108# & 3 pieces was not enough food.

Most recent trip a lady at the GSU football game recommended it. Me and my two alumni buds opted to check out. It has a decent outdoor area and an interior that reminds me of Taco Mac. Atmosphere was good and our server was great. The Buffalo chicken artichoke dip with points was the only thing I enjoyed food-wise. The fried green tomatoes weren't really seasoned and the tequila lime chicken sammie wasn't anything to write about. Ordinary. I guess if you're a college student, this place will suffice for price, food proportions and atmosphere. I do like it's not a chain and always want to support local. Average, however. Maybe I need to try a different menu item ...

First time visiting NCR while coming to Swainsboro to support my Mom on a new adventure…read more Upon entering their establishment, they were very welcoming and appears to have rooted themselves in the community as the locals knew them well. There was a customer who one of the cooks knew well since she asked about a guy. On a food, the previous reviews on the food being good is definitely 5 stars. My family pretty much all went for the rice dinners with wings but some of them did get veggies. Everything was hot and cooked well. I would highly recommend NCR. If there is something I would recommend them iterate is the Rice with Wings large dinner comes with 3 wings and I ordered an addtl wing for $1. I would recommend they say 2 drumlettes and a wing instead of saying wings as I thought it was an entire wing which I associate with a drum, wing together. Anyway still great location and if I'm ever here again they'll always get my business.

This is just an average China Buffet with your average buffet layout. General Tso chicken is OK but…read morea strong soy taste that could grow on you but in no way spicy (and it should be). The Sesame chicken has that the same strong soy flavor and the Coco shrimp is actually good but not as good as the New China buffet in Macon. So here is my dislikes: with the saucy chicken dishes on the buffet, too much of the syrupy sauce makes the chicken pieces loose their crunch from being fried and that's just a shame! The hot/sour soup was just awful and what is French toast doing on the lunch buffet?
