This store frequently has bad reviews. I don't go to Popeyes very often because they aren't known for having a variety of menu items to please everyone in the household. With that being said, I actually had a great experience today. My husband and I went into for a quick lunch before we head out to complete our last minute Christmas shopping. When we went into the lobby, there was another family sitting in the lobby eating. With the exception of that table, all of the tables were clean. The lobby looked like it was swept and cleaned. Popeyes almost always has glass jars with spices, which to me seems like a dust gathering nightmare. Those were actually clean and dust free as well. The food was fresh and hot. It took a few minutes to get our food but to be fair, I ordered popcorn shrimp so it had to be made fresh. The only minor inconvenience was that the lobby drink machine did not have ice. In the grand scheme of things, that is super minute. We will gladly return. read more

I would give this place zero stars. It's the absolute worst. I ordered on the app to be ready at 6:51, and when I came in late at 7:01, they said they'd start making it. It's 7:12, and I've heard nothing else. I've seen three different Door Dash employees come on and just stand here with me. Whatever they're quoting to the Door Dash customers, that's out the window.
