I wonder how long I could've waited, mind you I just got off of a long shift and I just wanted to quickly get one small thing and go home. When I received my food it was cold. The lady on the phone said they only had one carhop which was a lie I saw 3 diff people walk out of that door and give everyone else who had got there AFTER ME their food which was big bags and even some ice cream drinks which I know those take way longer than one order of mozzarella sticks. The fact that it took me calling to receive my order THAT WAS COLD after 30 minutes of waiting, to finally bring out one order of mozzarella sticks tells me that there was a mistake on their end and instead of trying to figure it out they simply ignored it. If that's not the case, what kind of explanation could there possibly be for this infuriating experience? I am a fast food worker myself so I try to be understanding but never would I ever let a guest wait 30 minutes for one thing never mind bring out giant orders placed after the small one. This is not how to run a restaurant. If you make a mistake with an order, figure it out don't just blow past it and wait for the customer to do something because then you will get reviews like this. Do not lie to customers to try and make it seem like you did not mess up, next time that happens own it and apologize. If I wasn't already exhausted and pissed I would've definitely spoken with a manager. Do not say there is one carhop when I parked right in front of the doors I saw everyone who went in and out. Corporate needs to do better since clearly managers don't make their employees do their job.

Naturally, nostalgia and small batch beer collided, and we ended up at the counter like it was a drive-thru confessional. I proceeded to interrogate the poor cashier like she was auditioning for Top Chef: Roast Beef Edition. "Does the sandwich touch the au jus or merely graze it?" "Is the bacon smoked, or just emotionally distant?" God bless her... She answered every question like a seasoned diplomat. My long-lost friend chimed in, "You reviewing the menu or writing a Yelp exposé?" and I laughed so hard Coca-Cola shot out of my nose. Actual fizzy tears. 10/10 would nose-spray again. The food? The freshest, buffaloest chicken sandwich ever! It's a new favorite! The vibe? Unmatched. A beefy, cheesy, nostalgic fever dream. Thanks, Arby's. You gave me the meats and the memories.

The birthday ladies were gifted a dessert. We all tasted the amazing lemon cake and Tiramisu and both were delicious beyond words. Parking is right out front with easy access. Reservations are recommended. We ate early at 4pm when they opened on a weekday. Highly-recommend it, if you're one that dines early. They offer a separate room for big groups.
