Stopped in for dinner last night. The lady who took the order was super friendly thru the order box. Not sure if it was the same person at the window or not. When you pay with your credit card they have you throw it in a tub they hold out the window and then they take the card out of the tub. Nothing annoys me more than these silly measures that companies put in place for covid that do absolutely nothing. Once again, when giving your order, they hold a tub out the window that has your drinks in it. I guess whatever makes people feel better. Wearing gloves is useless when they use the same gloves to touch every customers credit card and food. The food was decent and nothint fancy but I didn't go to popeyes for a 5 star dinner. I needed something quick and it did the job. They almost forgot to give me my credit card back. Told me to have a nice night and closed the window while they still had it. read more

First I will say that I have never had any issues with the cashier or window people. They are always polite. Second, they have a great deal for a leg and a thigh on Tuesdays for $1.99. So here is why I give 1 star. I live within walking distance to the Pasadena location but I'd rather drive to the Severna Park location every time. The food at the Pasadena location is always mediocre. Never fresh. Tastes like it's been sitting there for days. Dried out. I know what good fresh Popeyes should taste like and this never gets it right. It's a shame. I feel like I need to give more than 1chance so occasionally I'll go back and nope, they are still doing it all wrong. read more

The bacon was missi from the sandwich, the paper from the cheese was melted onto the sandwich btwn the cheese and chicken and the fries tasted like they'd been cooked in old grease. $17 for a DISGUSTING "meal". Very friendly employees. Clean location. 80% of the employees are young females and the management is mainly male. The employees are very friendly and always smile when helping you. Something you usually don't see at popeyes. So that's definitely a plus. Also they are very social and don't charge you for cups of ice water. The food has been hot & fresh the last few times I have been here. One time I even wanted extra spicy mayo on the new chicken sandwich. They didn't go cheap on the extra sauce. lol. So we have honestly been avoiding this place because of all the bad experiences we have had here . But decided tonight to try again. This was the best experience I ever had here at this location or honestly any Popeyes I've been to. Drive thru Line was long but Went fast. Couldn't believe how fast my food came out and that everything was right and in the bag! We will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know how great this experience was because everyone has always known this Popeyes to be terrible service/ slow / cold dry food. But whoever is in charge has it running top notch now food was fresh and on point and I noticed how clean the inside looked from the drive thru window. HORRIBLE. I'd give zero stars if possible. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal with fries. The fries were cold and soggy like they had been cooked days ago. The 5 piece came with 2 small dipping sauces, not nearly enough for 5 pieces. I asked for 1 additional sauce when I ran out. The owner was behind the counter and told me an additional sauce was .49 cents. I explained 2 sauces isn't enough for 5 pieces of chicken. He said it's still a charge. I could've challenged the terrible fries but I didn't. I told him I was a regular customer there and that he was losing me forever over .49 cents. Greed and ignorance is the reasoning for me walking out after paying almost $13 for eating only 3 pieces of a 5 piece meal. Never again. I hope they go out of business sooner than later. So I ordered from Uber Eats last night (9:17PM) to be exact. My Uber driver called and said they were out of nuggets (we ordered a nuggets kid meal), so we asked for strips.... Nope no stripes either so I said fine I'm okay with wings. My wife ordered a 2 piece dinner dark with a LARGE mashed potatoes. Instead they gave 4 pieces of wings and a regular size mashed potato. Usually avoid this Popeyes cuz of the lackluster service and food but decided to give it a try. Ordered 12 honey bbq wing combo , got home to eat them and 4-5 wings had a smell to them. At first I thought they were fried with seafood of some sort then I thought these must be able until I finally just decided these may not be safe to eat. Tried to call store but the number doesn't work , avoid this Popeyes at all cost , I've been in the area since 2008 and it has been hit or miss until around 2years ago it's always a miss and now possibly unsafe to eat. 0 stars. read more

This Popeyes location is inconsistent, which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of four. We stopped in tonight and picked up their boneless wing combo with fries and black beans and rice. Everything was decent. Chicken wasn't chewy, but they were pretty small. The biscuits weren't stale this time. We also go in and order instead of going through the drive through since they've messed our orders up before. When we went in this time the young girl working the counter was friendly. I really appreciate this, as customer service is seemingly going down the drain lately. All in all, I'm hopeful the next time we stop in it will be just as good. If so, I'll be updating my review. The service in this place has to get alot better. The owner/manager, I think he is is an older man that speaks broken English. This cat is terrible at customer service. I've ordered a lot of times from this Popeyes and had no problems. I'm from Virginia and the prices at the Popeyes in Maryland seem to be a bit cheaper for some reason. This Popeyes overall is a terrible business ran by terrible managers after refusing to go there for months I decided to give it one more chance and seemed nothing much had chaned. The cooks still didnt seem to have much ready and the management eithier didnt notice or didnt care. The main manager is very ignorant to the customers and from what ive seen to the employees as well. She is very cheap and does not seem to care if a customer is happy or not or much of anything else for that matter. The only thing she seems to care about is what saves money instead of what will bring a customer back to make more money. I go to other Popeye's on Tuesdays for their special and normally order about 10 of the specials and get all thighs which at any other location is no problem but the manager at this store refuses to let me. I have called and written their corporate office and voiced my opinons but nothing as seemed to change. However, the only redeeming quality I have found in my recent visits there its they do have one employee there that seemed to care more than any manager I have ever seen. She greeted all the customers with a smile and made customers feel as though they were entering her home. I did have a small wait for a large order but she kept me very informed of what was going on and was very apologetic and seemed to be trying to make things better. After that I have came back on multiple occasions and every time I go there she is the only one cleaning, stocking, and running the drive thru line and front line and the managers are no where in sight and the kinda sad part is she is probably about 6 months pregnant doing everyones job. If I go there I will not give them my business unless I see her there which seems to be all the time. I was there this past friday during the day and as per usual when I arrived she was cleaning but immediately stopped what she was doing greeted me and took my order. I dined in and during the time I was there a customer from drive thru had to wait I heard her call for the few things that are cooked to order as soon as the customer ordered them and after a few minutes I seen and heard her asking the cook and the manager where the food was and genuinely caring that a customer was waiting and how valuable their time and opinon is. I really think this place would have more success if they promoted her to a manager.
