Fifers is back to a restaurant that serves a full range of food, along with a full range of beers. One of the best liquor selections in the area. Crab legs at $25 a pound, in $10 off per pound on Mondays..., How can you go wrong? I quit coming here a few years ago because I got rid of their upstairs bar, and sitting downstairs could be kind of rough at times. All that has all changed. Pictures below, please come and enjoy Fifers crabhouse once again.

    Large crab to go
    Courtney R.

I came here tonight as my first time based on a Facebook ad about half priced crabs on Tuesdays. Upon walking in a lady was sitting at the counter playing on her phone. She is in a polo shirt so I assumed someone in management. She played on her phone for a few seconds and then asked "do you need something" I told her it was my first time and I was interested in the crab. She pointed to a younger girl next to her and said she will help you. The girl was already busy helping someone else so I continued to wait. Well according to the staff it's only on larger. 6 large is $25 which Is pretty pricey, I asked to clarify "so 6 crab is normally $50 she said yes. I came back in to pick up the order the same woman in the polo shirt was having a very personal and gossiping conversation with a patron. She did not attempt to help even though she saw me. There was a system issue with being offline the girl asked the woman in the polo for help she quipped "go ask _____" I didn't understand the name. The woman at the counter almost left but was stopped saying it should only take a few minutes. Neither one of them offered to grab my food even though they both saw me. I had to say to the woman at the counter "excuse me" so I could approach and then I didn't have to ask for the food they just gave it to me. Completely unprofessional and furthermore unwelcoming staff. I will never come back to this place or recommend any of my colleagues to come here . The facility is dark and smells of raw seafood

Went here for the all you can eat deal for $89.99 on a Saturday evening. The dining area on the bar side was not crowded at all. The server came right over and we were seated quickly. We were given menus and asked if we would be eating crabs? After confirming that we would be doing the all you can eat they then placed the brown paper on the table. He came back with waters. We ordered crabs, snow crabs, shrimp, fish and a crab pretzel. There was a nice selection of items that you could order. I also ordered a watermelon crush which was pretty tasty. The crab pretzel and fish came out first. Quickly after the seafood arrived. Our waiter was very prompt and checked on us frequently. Everything was delicious. I would definitely return.

We stopped in here and was pleasantly surprised. The place had a good crowd the music was good, the games were on and you could tell everyone was comfortable. The waiter greeted us quickly and helped with our dinner choices. He was cool, nice, honest, and knowledgeable. The food came out fast, hot and was very tasty. The fish was big and meaty, not much breading, perfect crisp. I've been ranting about the fish and chips to the point everyone ate it lol. The buffalo tenders were good, and the oysters were delightful. The price was good, very reasonable. Very good choice. We will be returning.

I have been to Fifer's several times, however it had been a couple of years since the last time. Good news - It has not changed. Great ambiance, always excellent food, great service and a decent draft list. In the past I always got the Fish & Chips but decided to try the Chicken Caesar Wrap. My wife got the Fish & Chips. Both were awesome. The Fish & Chips comes with 4 pieces of fish - no skimping here. Jonah was our server and he was efficient and a nice guy. I definitely recommend this place. They also offer a 10% Military discount which is appreciated.

Great service, great food and like the location and ambiance. What else could you want? Crab Fluff Sandwich Cream of Crab Fish Tacos

Stubbled across this restaurant after being disappointed from leaving another seafood restaurant that could not accommodate our party of 5 for all you can eat seafood in the same area. Lets just say we left Fifers Seafood Restaurant completely satisfied. The staff (Jade,Amanda, Mindy and Tee) they all made sure we was accommodated in the most professional way. The food just kept flowing every time they saw a tray getting low, the cocktails were definitely on point and the hospitality was truly amazing. We have already set a date to return soon along with some other guests and I guarantee they will not leave disappointed. This is going to be one of our go to spots from now on. A very satisfied customer.

Ask the Community - Fifers Seafood

Do the sandwiches (soft shell crab, crab cake, etc.) generally just come with the meat and the bread with no toppings or dressings (mayo, lettuce, etc.)?

02/20/26 5 Stars **…read more Wife and I were in Annapolis for a doctor's appointment, and afterwards she asked, "Where are you taking me for lunch?" I jumped on Yelp and started searching. I had heard about a seafood place in Severna Park, but I wasn't in the mood for seafood. That's when I came across Betty Lou's. As soon as I looked at the food photos, I knew that's where we were headed. It was about a 20 minute ride from Annapolis not bad at all. Betty Lou's is located in a shopping center. There were a few cars in the lot when we pulled up, but I wasn't sure if they were there for the restaurant or other businesses nearby. When we walked in, there was one person sitting at the bar. We asked if we could sit there, and the bartender (don't remember her name) was very pleasant and welcoming. She thanked us for coming in, and when I mentioned I found the place on Yelp, she explained that everything is made fresh to order. They have an excellent selection of craft drinks on the menu, the assortment of cocktails and wines that look very good. My wife ordered an iced tea, and I had the Jimmy Red Old Fashioned. The drink looked fantastic, and she took her time carefully measuring each ingredient. That's how cocktails are supposed to be made balanced and flavorful, not just tasting like straight liquor. If I wanted that, I'd just order bourbon neat. For lunch, my wife ordered the meatloaf with collard greens and roasted potatoes. I had already decided on the chicken pot pie after seeing it online. I did find it a little strange they don't offer mashed potatoes as a side with meatloaf, that would've made it a home run in my opinion. When the food arrived, everything looked excellent. The pot pie was larger than I expected compared to the pictures, and the meatloaf was a generous portion as well. After the first bite, I can honestly say it was one of the best chicken pot pies I've had loaded with tender chicken, carrots, onions, celery, and a rich, flavorful gravy. And the pastry crust? The BEST I've ever had. It was big enough that I had leftovers for dinner. My wife's meatloaf was tender and flavorful, and the collard greens were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The roasted potatoes were just okay again, mashed would've put it over the top but that's just personal preference. She also had plenty leftovers for dinner. The food was great, the décor was nicely done, and the service was excellent. If this place were closer to home, it would definitely be a regular spot for us. We need something like this down in Calvert County. Overall, if you're looking for a great meal and well-crafted drinks, Betty Lou's is absolutely worth the drive even if you live a little ways away.

We visited for the first time last night, Friday June 12,2026 @ 8pm. Based on all of the great…read morereviews I thought we were in for a treat. We were sat pretty quickly & our waitress was great. But half way through she handed us over to the bartender, who just seemed inconvenienced that we were there. My husband had just finished a beer when she took over (which was in a can, not a tap beer), she asked if he wanted another, he said yes, and brought some draught beer that definitely wasn't what he was drinking. We are very easy going, so that wasn't even the end of the world. But she wasn't very friendly so we just went with it. The food. We ordered rockfish bites for an app, chicken pot pie, bacon wrapped shrimp & Mac & cheese. I will say, everything came out quickly. Rockfish bites: Not only were they bland & salt-less, but not all of them were cooked all the way through. The bacon-wrapped shrimp were ok, but cold in spots. The chicken pot pie: This is the reason I came. Certainly you can't mess this up, seeing how my favorite pot pie is from KFC. My standards aren't that high. I wish I could add a photo to a low review. I've never seen the inside of a pot pie that was dark gray. It didn't look appetizing at all, but it's a pot pie so I'm not basing anything on appearance. Once I took a bite I realized that it was gray because there was SO MUCH ground thyme in it. Like they dumped a whole jar in there. It wasn't even edible. The Mac & cheese was really good, I wish I had just ordered that. Before you reply that we should have said something, we already felt like we were an inconvenience to the bartender & she didn't even care enough to serve the same beer that was originally ordered. We didn't even want to deal with her. So we chalked it up as a loss. Of over $100. This place is so cute, we really loved the ambiance & wanted to love the food. We definitely won't be back, but I don't think it's going to be around much longer anyway.

The fried green tomatoes could have been cooked a little longer to suit my taste but it wasn't bad. Just a little hard to cut through with the knife. I'm interested in trying out their early evening. To see if they have any happy Hour specials. I loved the service that was received. So I would definitely return.

I then asked what draft beer they had and she condescendingly let me know that "we don't have draft beer".
