if I could give this location a -5 I definitely would me and my mother came through the drive thru to order a family meal of tenders, yet they got the simplest thing wrong. When I got home I attempted to call the location to know if they could fix the problem but no answer. so when I drove back up to the location I had pictures of the food that most got thrown up because spicy tenders got mixed in along with the receipt. When I spoke with the shift manager Maggie she told me that even though I had pictures and a receipt. I needed to bring the food back, which I replied "I would've known that had you answered the phone." she replied "Can't you see we are busy?" btw there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru and 1 customer in the lobby. so I told her "As a manager it is still your job to multitask and answer the phone" I used to work as a shift lead in fast food. it's not that hard. she thought I had walked out and said to her employees that "in order to replace the food you need to bring back the food are you stupid?" speaking about me and all the employees laughed. when I returned with the food and my mother, she very passively aggressively fixed the issues while also cussing our names in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand what she was saying. yes the issue was fixed, but with much attitude, rudeness, and the up most lack of professionalism. I tried contacting corporate but all I got was a texting customer support. mean while my mother has a medical condition that causes her acid reflux to flair up really bad when spicy food is involved and here we are next morning and she's still having bad acid reflux. Went there on Thursday to grab lunch and the drive through cashier Natasha was very sweet and informative about the blackened strips. Although the order was not ready immediately, I'd must say it was worth the time. The strips were delicious and packed with flavor that only left me dreaming about them lol! I recommend you give them I try. I had the spicy ones and I think next time I'll stick to the regular ones as they were a little too spicy for my taste bud. Where do I even start with this disaster of a meal. I ordered surf and turf with mild chicken. I got mild chicken with the wicked shrimp I didn't order and I could t eat becuse of heart burn issues. I got red beans and rice that was 80% rice and it was uncooked and still crunchy and not a little bit a lot like 1/5 cooked all of it so it was inedible. The mashed potatoes I ordered with no gravy and of course there was gravy when I got home. The girl dropped my bag on the floor and Troyes to pick it up and put my food in it and acted like I was crazy when I said no to it. Worst trip to ever read more

Seriously, possibly the best customer service I've ever had at any Popeyes here in Texas. And Im from New Orleans. The BIRTHPLACE of Popeyes Chicken! The staff here was warm and friendly. And when the young man who was taking my order didnt know the answer to my question( can I mix Blackened, Spicy and Mild tenders in the same order) he went directly to the manager, Corina for the correct answer, which was of course...yes! I can respect that 100%. Its how you learn , if your smart. I rarely give out 5 stars but I think this team deserves it. Especially the manager, Corina. (Sp?) Food was on point . Very disappointed with the service here, employee responded very rudely while I was trying to put in my order. It's not the first time either that I've had this issue and it'll be the last time I go there. Had the unfortunate experience of dropping by this restaurant today. The decor and cleanliness was spot on. Add 1 star The food as usual was up to par. Add 1 star The customer service was completely lacking. Yes, I know, it's a fast food restaurant. However, I still feel that there needs to be at least a minimum standard of service such as acknowledging that a customer exists when they stand in front of you. At least say hello, welcome, I'll get to you in a minute, a head nod, some eye contact, a twitch of the eyebrow, a smile, something.... anything that says you know I am here standing in front of your face??!? I stood there for 5 minutes without a peep from Norma who was doing her thing right behind the counter. Don't know if that was her personality because she was introverted or what, but at least try to be friendly. The manager and other staff behind the counter were no better, I kept trying to make eye contact for help. After 5 minutes she walks up to the register and the first words out of her mouth was "is this for here or to go". However there wasn't a lack of joking and laughing between employees while I was waiting. Probably won't be back here, the minimum standard of service for fast food is very low and they failed miserably. I shouldn't have to put up with this type of attitude and a complete lack of training by management in this regard. read more

Order was really bad. They had no bottled water. Got charged for coffee cup sized water with a coffee lid...no straw. Got no napkins nor eating utensils.
