Someone way over salted the burger -- probably an accident -- and it just seemed greasier than usual. Also not impressive here was the cleanliness. The table was OK, but the drink and condiment area left much to be desired. Also, take a look at my photo of the tray. Why would someone serve my food on this? Bottom line: Freddy's has been passed around between private equity firms since the pandemic. I usually don't complain or worry about such transactions, but my experiences at this joint since then have mostly been negative. Coincidence? Perhaps. But the next time someone gives me a gift card to this place, I'll re-gift it.
