I was patient for the first hour and a half, but as I watched several customers who ordered after me get their food quickly, I became frustrated -- and was met with rudeness instead of understanding. The actual manager never came out to address the issue. I understand holiday chaos, but this service was beyond unreasonable. I would give zero stars if I could.
