great service, friendly guest, food was amazing fresh and hot, atmosphere was remarkable

I love Popeyes, the one in Rayne seems to never get the order right, either wrong pieces of chicken are it's not hot. I have complained so many times, but nothing changes. On 1-23-26 I received my order went down the rd reached in to take a bit it was barely warm ,I turned around and went inside to return the order, I was so feed up with this Popeyes. I spoke to Shamika and supposedly called the manager Gregory and he asked did it make it right . I don't believe I was speaking to the manager she called .I asked her to please put his phone number on the receipt she said she couldnt .But she put her cel number on it . Im not the only one that is feed up with this Popeyes. When you spend over $10.00 you expect good food & service, for 2 peices of chicken ..I need to contact corporate, about this Popeyes in Rayne la. No one will give me the number to contact supervisor are corporate. Please help get this Popeyes back up to good food and service and put employees that give a damn about their job. SEE PHOTOS On the back of the receipt you can do a survey so I completed the survey and you can receive a FREE 2 piece chicken and biscuit with a purchase of a large drink . So on 2-5-26 @3:50 pm I went back to Popeyes thinking just maybe they would get it right . As I drove up I told the lady at the drive thru order .. I had a validation code for the FREE 2 piece chicken with biscuit .When I got to the window she saw the receipt and questioned me about the looks of the receipt I told her Shimka gave it to me that way and her Shimka cel number was on top to call her to verify. She was looking at me like I was lying . I received my debt card back with receipt and the chicken and drink .I checked the chicken to make sure it was hot and what I ordered. Chicken was right . But today on 2~6~26 I go to do the survey and that lady at Popeyes charged my debt card for full price for the chicken and drink . I called Popeyes and told shamika and explained the problem she said let me call her , I think she called the lady from yesterday at the drive thru JAZZ. I told her you can't charge my debt card on a promotion deal . She said if I would of notice yesterday she could of refunded me .I said it was a promotional deal . I want my money back . All shemika wanted to do was ask me to go back in today and get the chicken and to do the survey to get the free 2 piece again . .. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS POPEYES IN RAYNE.. OMG! Everytime I order on the app I get to the window 17 minutes later and I have to pull up in a parking spot and wait 10 more minutes! I always get told they are out of stuff I ordered! Please either fix it or close it! read more

I made a huge mobile order one night like $100 worth of food. When I got there they were pretty busy and got even busier while I was waiting. To make a long story short it took a lot longer than they originally said it would BUT the guy (I'm assuming he was some sort of manager) was so professional and kept me updated the whole time and apologized more than once. it was very understandable especially since my order was so big. Props to him for keeping his cool and being polite because he was really dealing with a lot of that night. So yea 5 stars for you! read more

Haven't been to Popeyes in months. Order 9 pcs family meal tender mild. With the $5 2 chicken wrap mild. Sides were fries and red beans. Ordered at about 845 pm after being pulled up (said they would walk it out to me) and waiting I went back to the window at about 920 pm. They had forgot about me and my order completely. Had to wait another 10-15 minutes. The manager had to stand over the workers to make sure everything was there. I got a free cole slaw for waiting. Got home at about 940 pm. But when I got home with the food...the tender--cold, the slaw didn't taste right, the red beans didn't taste right, the wraps were too sloppy to eat. So we ended up eating a few tenders and biscuit. If you don't like the job quit. And make the food as if you were gonna eat it or serve it to your family. They are literally serving you garbage with a garbage attitude at these food places. I didn't even get out of pocket with anyone while I was waiting. Straight trash service and trash food tonight! Sorry but these are facts and people are getting tired of spending there hard earned money on garbage like this to give your company a little bit of business. read more

It took exactly 32 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches, and both were spicy when we wanted 1 of each. No reason given except they didn't have them ready, no apologies, no excuse! Another customer got irate after he went home and discovered order was wrong and was yelling his complaints. other customers were walking out. First time to Popeyes in a long time unfortunately it left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

This one and the one in Crowley are PATHETIC. they do mobile orders yet everytime I get there I have to wait another 20 plus minutes for my food! Correct me if I am wrong the point of mobile order is so you don't have to wait for your food, it is supposed to be prepared when you arrive! Someone needs to explain to these places what mobile Ordering is it's obvious they have NO CLUE. It's really sad I order one meal ! read more

Must be the worst group of employees. We drove up with no line. They tell us that it will be 25 minutes for ANY chicken. Meaning that they had nothing prepared or even the oil warmed up. Keep driving down the highway to a better Popeyes. read more

Was in a hurry. Only two cars in front of me in the drive-through. I was so gratified- at first. Half an hour ordeal. Smashed chicken sandwiches. The only thing that could've made it worse would've been if I had ordered chicken and gotten the usual fried Cornish game hens. Smallest damn chicken in the world. read more

For fast food, this is five stars. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. It doesnt get better than that in the fast food world. Way to be!! read more

The food here was great! However the service on the other hand.. we are not local here so we decided to stop by a Louisiana popeyes! We got to the window and after 30 seconds or so the lady on the drive through just stops talking... not even a goodbye or anything she just leaves. She comes back after about a minute or so and then she tells us that they have ran out of green beans. When we get to the window, the lady already looks miserable and not welcoming. We asked for ranch and she rolled her eyes at us making us feel bad for asking for things that are free! The food was great but they also didn't give us napkins... go there for the food but be prepared for the customer service! read more

This Popeyes is a joke! They are always out of SOMETHING if not multiple things. The employees are usually playing around or leaving and going to the gas station next door and leaving just one or two people there to hold down the fort. The manager usually tries to make your order good once the mess up happens but it's just poorly ran and needs some help! read more

Worst Popeyes we've ever been to. Most of the menu was not lit and we were told they only had chicken. I asked if they had any seafood at all and was told they have shrimp but it would take a really long time. There was very little chicken in the breading. We asked for butter for biscuits and were given a container of liquid butter?!! The toilet was filthy, the only sink had standing water and the small lobby was littered with trash. read more
