While three young children, completely unsupervised smashed every button, screen, or setting possible on every game we played. We got message that our food was finally there. We didn't realize until we had already driven all the way back to Moss Street from Carencro. When we called, the employee seemed very annoyed by the situation. We were told we couldn't get a refund (which was completely fine with us), but that we could drive back to pick up the sauces. We chose to go back, and when we arrived, the cups were partially thrown at my coworker and the staff was extremely rude. I then called to speak with a manager to calmly explain the situation, but the manager was also rude, dismissive, and ended up hanging up on me mid-conversation.
