I cannot explain the disgusting conditions that were present in this location. We walked in and there was blood drops on the floor. I had to feed my dad due to low blood sugar so we didn't have much of a choice. The order took 15 mins. No employees were visible at all. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh the fries were cold and obviously refried. We have no idea why this took 15mins. As I am getting my dad is finishing I look around and the floors had food all over them as did the tables. Don't worry there is a clean your own table bucket with a rag and soap. Love their chicken wings, however, cannot eat them in the location. The a/c is ALWAYS on and it's freezing in there. Also, my absolute favorite was their 'ghost' wings. I have been going to this popeyes for quite some time and I live about 20 minutes away so I always order on my phone so it's ready once I'm there. This time my order wasn't even made they thought someone picked it up already. My order was about 20 minutes late. The service was terrible but what really made me disappointed was the 1/4 lb of shrimp order. They filled the box with fries and just a few shrimp. Constantly I try to give this place a chance obviously management does care. The supervisor/ manger with the glasses who ever he is, is very rude sometimes. You can't go wrong with food from Popeyes. Across all the branches the taste is consistent. But this location completely sucks when it comes to customer service. When you place an order for pick up and have to wait another 40 mins to an hour after your order was supposed to be ready only for them to tell you that something you ordered is no longer available or that they don't have enough of something else there's a big problem. I came here on a whim tonight and ordered the five piece spicy tender combo. The gentleman at the register was extremely friendly and my order came out quick. When I started eating my food - maybe 15mins after leaving the store - I noticed it wasn't hot at all. In fact, my food was barely lukewarm at that point and some of the fries were cold. I also noticed that some of the tenders were spicier than others - not sure what that was about. Online order placed at 3:45p for PU @ 4:30p order wasn't ready, nor did they have the spicy chicken ready. The girl tried to put mild chicken in a box and I had to tell them the order was for spicy. I've been here a few times and it has always satisfied my fried chicken cravings. The spicy version definitely has a kick to it. The food has always been reasonably moist inside, and very crispy on the outside. I never found it to be excessively greasy. I was there last Sunday and it was busy. It would have moved faster if the fellow taking the orders and payment wasn't also diverted to fulfill orders. But he was working hard and trying his best. read more

Since my very first visit to a Queens, NY Popeye's, they have been my very favorite. From location to location I've found the consistency of crispy fried chicken to be on point. This Spring Valley location is the outlier. Two visits to this location now have provided a greasy product that to me is more reminiscent of what Kentucky Fried Chicken produces. read more
