Been wanting to try here for a while. Have to say pleasantly impressed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place is bigger than I thought. Nice party room too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered fried calamari and artichoke . It was covered in spicy aioli sauce. The artichoke was good but the calamari was rubbery. I had a special. Gnocchi and lobster vodka sauce with spinach. I did enjoy it very creamy and gnocchi was lite and lobster tender Wife ordered short rib lobster with a creamy brandy sauce. She loved it. Ravioli was big size. Service was fine. Good was good. Will try again. Wasn't blown away. Huge parking lot. Little expensive.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]They do a great job with food preparation and plating, attentiveness, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was my first time trying Fire & Cork after being told countless times to check it out, and I was not disappointed! I love that they offer a menu with tons of great options that are hard to choose from. They also have a Latin kitchen menu that I will definitely be trying next time. Also, the drinks are adorable and I highly recommend the Ginger and Pear Mule. It is a tiny bit pricey, but you really do get fresh, hot, and delicious food here.

Located in a nice strip mall with plenty of parking and shops this restaurant was amazing. The bruschetta was fresh, the sweet tai chili wings cooked perfectly. The penne vodka sauce was delicious. The grilled chicken cooked and charred perfectly. Everything was great.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is very laid back - a little dark but fits with the furniture.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was amazing on top of it always checking on us and allow us to converse and have us a chance to look over the menu as some places want to rush you out! Not here food as we only chose apps but so worth and finally a place I can saw chicken dumplings in the house!! It is $$$ but very worth every penny. I will be returning and can't wait and the drinks to were perfect

Mexican Churros A la Mode - churros were very hard and hard to cut into

Meh. Thats the first thing that comes to mind when I think about my experience here. My friend ordered a Pear Martini and had to send it back b/c it smelt and tasted like some kind of fruity soap. I tried it and it was not good. She stuck with water after that. My cucumber refresher drink was okay, not the best, not the worst. I decided to go with the chicken parm, the menu was kind of all over the place. It was ok, the cheese taste on the spaghetti was off putting, I tried my friend's sesame chicken and that was TASTY! If I did fine myself here again, I'd get that. The churros were very hard and very disappointing. Service was good and our waiter was nice and attentive. Overall I wouldn't try to go back here. Too many misses with the food / drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is nice but it gets noisy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a 50th bday happening and the sound took over the whole one side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, very over priced for the quality of food.... I mean, they basically dumped a bag of store bought chips on the dish for a dip.

We had a baby shower this past Sunday at Fire and Cork for my "grandbaby on his way", and I'm still glowing from how perfect the entire experience was. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive to everyone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The private dining room was beautifully set up with custom linens and plenty of space for our guests to mingle along with the tables we had set up for a candy station, photo booth, gift and game table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Juan was an absolute dream to work with -- he helped plan everything with us from the food choices, table layouts and suggestions for arranging the "party area". The abundance of food was both delicious and at no time did anyone have to "wait" for food, as both the buffet and served appetizers were continuously being replenished! Not only was the bar continuously filled with drinks, but the staff were also serving refills of mimosas at our tables. The service was flawless! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I can't recommend Fire and Cork enough for any special occasion, but especially for something as meaningful as a baby shower. It was warm, classy, and so well executed -- we truly felt celebrated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you, Juan and your entire team, for helping us create such a memorable day!

    Team lunch!

Went with my wife and she had a cocktail ( I drank water). She is not a big drinker and she gets tipsy after 1/2 glass of wine but she didn't feel anything after this cocktail. She didn't think there was actually any alcohol in the drink. We then split a chopped salad and when they brought it to the table we were in disbelief. It was so tiny there were only a few chunks of lettuce. Tasted great but it was literally a child's portion. For our main course she had the filet with lobster tail and I had a petite filet. We both ordered medium rare. The lobster was awful. So heavily spiced that it was hard to eat. The steaks were both significantly over cooked. They came out close to well done. The side dish of Mac and cheese was completely dry, very little of any sauce. We skipped desert. So for 1 drink, one salad, one side dish and 2 entrees our bill with tip was $300. Walking out I just felt like we had been ripped off. The service was fine, the food wasn't. We won't be back.

I'd recommend this place for drinks and snacks, but you can fill up enough for a dinner. You just might not like everything you try. Some food items were great and others were meh. We liked everything we ordered except the shrimp ceviche. It just didn't taste right to me. The Mac and cheese looked great and my son scarfed it all down, though it wasn't too much for $18. Tostones were tasty. Empanadas were ok, but not too much filling compared to the shell size. They were definitely homemade though. The steak tacos were nice, though our favorite was definitely the stuffed mushrooms! They're delicious and come with some garlic bread to dip in the buttery yumminess. So good. Cocktails are good here and I think that's what they really specialize in. The $6 margarita was good and prepared not sweet as I requested. It's not big, but hey, it's $6. I tasted their red sangria and that was nice. Quite strong! It's overall a cozy place, service was attentive, but certainly think of it like a place for drinks more than dinner. Unfortunately, they charge a credit card fee..Yuck.

We ordered the mushroom burger and fish tacos along with all of their dips and fries to share. Fries were perfect - crispy, soft, and seasoned properly. I loved all the dips but the truffle aioli was my absolute favorite. Mushroom burger was made very well, full of mushrooms and the patty was juicy and cheese was gooey. I do wish there was slightly more seasoning on it; perhaps some more salt. The fish tacos were delicious, there was a lot of slaw but I appreciated it. I do think that while the fish was fried perfectly, I would have liked a larger piece of fish. The slaw to fish ratio was slightly off. The corn that came on the side w the fish tacos was amazing and fresh and a great idea. I think it can even be dressed up and presented as an elote option. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here.
