We came here to grab lunch on a Sunday morning. The restaurant looked so clean and nicely organized. The soda and juice dispenser, condiment and pepper sides were in front the counter, easily accessible to everyone. They were taking orders at the registers and there were 2 self ordering kiosks. The menu had the charburgers, different sandwiches, salads, shakes and drinks. We used the kiosk to put in our order. The order was ready under few minutes, really fast service. We ordered multiple char burgers and a chicken sandwich with side of fries. The food tasted fine to us. Charburger was a decent size, patty was cooked well with melting cheese on top. I wish they had grilled the bread. The soda machine also didn't have enough gas for fizz in the drinks. This was my first time trying Habit grill. Though the interior was nice and service was quick, the food tasted so unexciting. One of my favorite fast food burger spots. There was plenty of seating and plenty of deals to take advantage of from the menu. Food was fresh and fast. The service was great! The staff was very friendly when it came to suggesting items on the menu and also packing up our leftovers. It looked like a normal fast food place but everything was clean. The Habit Burger Grill is located in The Shoppes at DePiero Farm, which is a lovely shopping center with visually unique storefronts. We arrived at an off time and got immediate service. Menu consists of charburgers, various sandwiches, and salads. I ordered the Original Charburger Meal, which is only a single. If you are someone who likes to eat more or are hungry, go with the double. They offer several sides including fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. Prices are reasonable for the combo. After you've ordered, the cashier gives you a buzzer that goes off when your order is ready, which in our case was not long. Habit Burger Grill serves Coke products, and had Pibb Xtra in the fountain which surprised me. The burger was good and the fries were perfectly done. This location was also very clean. The owner/manager was more than understanding and duplicated my order in just a few minutes. This is the only Habit Burger I've ever been to and they are always fast, friendly and professional. Normally I enjoy eating at the Habit Grill in Montvale, Nj but today was different. I usually get the Double char-burger meal, but today I tried the new Sirloin steak sandwich minus the bbq sauce together with fries and a drink. On my way home after my meal which is about 15 minutes away, I felt my stomach wasn't quite the same. Upon arriving home, I had to quickly run to the bathroom with a bad stomach ache and a bad case of diarrhea.. My stomach still isn't feeling well, been to the bathroom 2 more times since. I ate the sandwich around 2:30pm and it's 6:20pm now, had to use the bathroom 3 times with diarrhea in less than 4 hours. Not sure whether I got food poisoning or something wasn't right in the sandwich, maybe the meat or maybe the Aioli sauce on it, either way, I had an extremely bad experience eating this new sandwich in their menu. We've only ordered the Habit through delivery services, but the fact that the food always arrives hot, fresh, and well packaged speaks volumes. We were both craving burgers so ordered on a whim and have continued to order on a regular rotation, each time, incredibly pleased with the quality and again, the fact that it arrives still hot! The menu is incredibly varied, plus I LOVE that they have the Impossible Burger (with or without cheese, so is vegan friendly) plus a veggie burger (and you can opt for a lettuce wrap as well, which is messy, but low carb). My husband loves the Char Burger and the fried chicken sandwich as well as the chicken tendies. The fries are delicious and well seasoned, the onion rings are perfect, and I'm also obsessed with their fried green beans (I'm very into health, so a vegetable is critical... especially fried and served with Ranch :D ). Also - their Ranch is next level. I am a queen of condiments and this is probably the best Ranch I've ever had (if you're also a condiment fan, you know how important this is!). Fridays at the end of a long work week are such a drag to drive home to Long Island from New Jersey with all of the insane traffic, that I have recently begun to travel to my friends house in North Bergman County to relax and unwind before driving home. This past week I was flying solo at their house because they were away on Vacation and had to fend for myself for dinner. After stopping at a local grocery store to pick up beer, I stopped in because it was so close. Not sure if this a chain or not but the service was immediate, excellent, and friendly. Wait time for my burger and onion rings was only a few moments and before I knew it, I was back in my car heading to their house. I would have loved to eat my fresh made burger while it was fresh off the grill, but alas, I had a ten minute drive and while the burger was still warm, I could only think of the possibilities of how much better it would be nice and hot. I ordered my regular Cobb salad with steak and it didn't even fill the bowl. Not much of s problem since I also ordered a chix sandwich. But the Caesar salad was practically empty. And no dressing! Wow I needed this so bad! After a stressful day this is exactly what I wanted. I got the double char burger which was dripping with juices and flavor. I got the extra crispy onion rings (has real onions inside) and the grilled chicken salad. The cilantro lime dressing paired really well with the salad and as a dipping sauce for my onion rings! I don't know what it is about this burger but I just LOVE it. It's tender, juicy, has a little ketchup a little mayo. I get it with lettuce, tomato and onion and I just go bananas. My hubby who is a "Five Guys guy" thinks it's pretty good but not amazing as I do. It's always clean, the staff is attentive. Once you place your order you get a little buzzer telling you when your food is ready. If you sign up online you get notifications of their monthly specials and they throw in a free burger from time to time! I was craving GOOD onion rings and luckily found this nearby spot. Located on a newly built shopping strip mall, this by far was a delicious find! Not only is the quality of my order top notch, the price was so generous and the staff friendly and courteous. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, shakes, beverages & other sides are on the menu and I don't doubt they're quality items and delicious as well. Just like the photo I snapped, their credo "There's no substitute for quality" didn't disappoint. I will have to try their burgers next time. After a couple of sub-par tries at Habit, I ended up trying it again with a few work colleagues earlier this year, and then about a dozen times after that. Although the faces inside seemed to change regularly, the food was for the most part pretty good. Honestly, I train cooks, chefs constantly and one thing I always have to train and retrain are grill cooks. They dont have any love for what they do. Wow! I wish this burger joint was a bit more common and had more locations. This was my second time here and for both times I was able to taste the quality of the burgers. I really wanted to like this and support the new businesses. It looks really nice but the food we ordered $40 worth of take out, was all soggy and flavorless and slathered with mayonnaise. They have chicken sandwiches but the combination of mayo and avocado just made it mushy. Fries were soggy and had no flavor but the onion rings were tasty..but Burger King tasty. I think we could have spent half the money and ate at Burger King. For upscale burger joints I still love shake shack. I wish they put that there instead. read more

A notch better than fast-food places like McDonald's and Burger King, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, sides and shakes/ice cream. The menu isn't super extensive either, which I've come to appreciate. You order at the register and then are given a buzzing contraption for when your food is ready. The burgers are reasonably priced - for example, if you order the teriyaki charburger, you'll pay $3.85 but you'll get dinged for the soda and fries too, so it ends up being similar to other places (around $9-10). I thoroughly enjoyed the Santa Barbara Cobb ($7.99) - the lettuce was cut up and there was plenty of bacon, chicken, and cheese--with just a dollop of guacamole; I would recommend getting the vinaigrette on the side because it is a bit overpowering. They aren't super generous with their sides - the tempura green beans were a bit sparse in quantity, as were the fries. The place is clean and decorated a bit nicer than a regular fast-food chain. Used to be a fan but it's been going downhill and tonight is the final straw. Ordered pick up of grilled chicken salad, along with family bundle, but got just regular side salad. Asked for sauce on side for chicken sandwiches so they're not soggy, but were doused with sauce and sandwiches fell apart at first bite. Onion rings were burned and fries were barely warm.
