Idk if it's the workers or what, but it's like ever since you guys got new hires, they do a poor job of displaying what your food should look like and taste like. The only one who gets the pass is the manager who always looks as if he's having a great day. This location so far has been okay, the food tasty, chicken is not super deep fried and has a good texture and flavor, love the biscuits, not burnt at all and the location seem clean the 3 times I been there, the cashiers have provided a good service so far, they have been nice and smiling, the ambiance it's pretty chill, nothing to extra. read more

Only one of the people in the restaurant at the time that I try to pick my order up, spoke English the rest spoke Spanish or broken English. I ordered my food from my house at 4:05 for a pick up of 4.35. I got to the store at 4:40 waited for five minutes in line.. once they found my order it was not ready and I was told that I would have to wait an additional 30 to 35 minutes since they had no spicy chicken. Since I could not wait. I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to do it on the app, but the app has no place for me to do a refund at the end of the day. We live near here this Popeyes and have gone a few times, They used to have a manager that was real good and took care of the customers, those days are long gone. Under the management now, service is awful. The last time we went there my husband stood in line and then ordered the family pack, he waited patiently as they handed out order after order of people who came in after him. When he asked about it they said they were out of white meat, he asked why they gave the other orders out and didn't fill his and they shrugged and refunded his money. Tonite, he went in to order the family pack, after a while they said they had to put in more chicken and it would be 12 minutes, he said he would wait, after 20 minutes it still wasn't ready, he complained to the manager who just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. He finally received the chicken, no explanation as to why it took and extra 10 minutes, no apology just heres your chicken. The Chicken Tenders were fresh, crispy along with temperature hot. The biscuit was nice & moist. The potato's were tasty with the pieces of yumminess in them. I thought the Popeyes near our house was subpar, but this store is nothing short of pathetic. Ordered the three piece tenders meal and got a 2 1/2 piece meal. No napkins in the store - no napkins, really? The men's restroom was flooded and smelled like an outhouse (sewage?). The food here is usually good but they almost always forget something or get your order totally wrong. So make sure you check your order before you leave. For example we went there this evening I ordered on the app my daughter wanted a plain chicken sandwich meal w/fries. I also saw they had a new Oreo cheesecake dessert so I ordered use 2 of those. Well when we arrived the informed us that they were out of the Oreo desserts so we had to substitute them for something else as they said they couldn't refund an online order. Anyways then we get home and my daughter goes to eat her plain chicken sandwich and it's one of those blackened chicken sandwich's with everything on it. So I know she won't eat that and she shouldn't have too so I went back to the Popeyes to get the right sandwich. They did replace it and gave us new fries. I specifically herd the girl tell the lady to make a plain chicken sandwich and when she was bagging it she said this is plain right and she responded yes. This popeyes is always delicious. The kids working the counter/ back/kitchen were the hardest workers i've seen in a LONG TIME. Alejandro and Filipe gave nothing short of outstanding customer service. There were multiple people being nasty and disrespectful because of the wait time, but they both kept such a cool calm and respectful demeanor the entire time. There was not many people on the staff and a HUGE rush of customers. They didn't stop working for a second!!! I am in awe of the amazing experience that I received in this store. I used the drive thru to order a number of items. Assuming we had everything, I headed home to only find out at home that of the one dinner box and the three hot chicken sandwiches, we were missing two sandwiches and two apple pies. I called when I got home to let them know there was error, drove back, got the remaining items, ordered one more item (because it might just be the drive thru system that needs work) to be missing another apple pie... When a car pulls up to the speaker and gets told to wait, they then sit there until the car at the window pulls away, then their order is taken and the process repeats itself. Went through the drive-thru at around 8PM AZ time. The girl taking orders was the absolute rudest and stupidest person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She couldn't make simple substitutions and didn't know the difference between medium and large drinks. We had to repeat our order 10 times at the box, because she couldn't figure out how to listen. She screams at us to not be giving attitude, but we're only upset because she isn't listening and doing her very easy job. Then we get to the window and she misses several items in our order, hands us four drinks with no carrier. Gave us a regular coke, when we ordered diet and then copped an attitude when we asked her to correct the issue. We did ask her if she understood English, because it was either that or she simply wasn't listening to what we were saying. She starts calling us racist, like dummy there are lots of reasons you might not understand what we're saying. Then she actually flipped us off as we were driving away. The funniest thing is she was like 98 pounds and 5'0 if that, but you'd think she was 6'3 and 300 pounds with that attitude. We were all adults in the car and none of us wanted to get arrested, because we have jobs and responsibilities, but she should absolutely be fired. I've seen tons of videos of horrible fast food workers before, but this is the first time I've lived it. Every time we order a kids meal they never get the stickers or toy. The last time we got stickers they were so sticky and completely stuck together with soda syrup as if they had been sitting there for months it was horrible I just threw them away. His Mac n cheese lacked flavor and was also cold. My lemonade was watery. I wanted a refill to try a different drink but there was only one soda machine and several construction workers showed up that hogged it and I ended up leaving. Wish I could get my $8 back.
