It wasn't just my meal that was wrong. One coworker substituted fries for coleslaw but somehow received two coleslaws instead, even after the order had been read back correctly. Another coworker found a long black hair in his food, immediately ruining his meal. By the time we realized how many mistakes had been made, we had already left the restaurant, so there was no practical way to have everything corrected. Mistakes happen, but it's rare to see so many errors in a single order affecting multiple people. Missing food, incorrect substitutions, ignored requests, and a hair in someone's meal all made for an incredibly disappointing experience. To make matters worse, the service itself lacked professionalism. The employee taking our order repeatedly asked coworkers for help, seemed confused throughout the process, and even forgot what she was asking. When I later spoke with the manager in the gray polo, I expected someone who would take the concerns seriously. Instead, he came across as dismissive and confrontational, leaving me feeling like our experience didn't matter. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I've had.
