And that means hiring more people and implementing new hiring and training standards. I I noticed they are offering walk in interviews. They randomly close their lobby due to being short staff at times and I'm not sure if it's because they can't manage their employees properly or they just don't have anyone seeing how at times they have 12 people working at times and some 3. Went through the drive thru one day when they closed the lobby and they forgot to put some of my stuff in the bag and when I called them about it they wanted me to come back through the drive thru which wasn't happening especially since they messed up.
