Noma was closed during our visit to Copenhagen, but luckily we had the chance to dine at POPL, the casual burger restaurant created by the same team behind the world-famous restaurant.
One of the employees told us that POPL originally opened during the COVID pandemic when Noma was temporarily closed, offering a more casual takeout concept. We're so glad it became a permanent spot because everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.
