I was so worried about anything going wrong but Maggie was so kind, helpful and quick to answer any of my questions so it put my mind at ease. On the day of my event, Maggie and Alex showed up on time, they were very friendly and helpful. The bounce castle was clean and not old or dated. Maggie made sure it was clean inside after they inflated it, she wiped it before leaving my house, she CARES for the business and customer's satisfaction. I felt taken care of and it was amazing. I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.
