It was excellent. If you happen to catch them somewhere, you will not be disappointed, the food is excellent. They sold out at the music festival. The chili cheese fries were good, but I personally think the chili could use just a little more salt and seasonings. Just my taste. Fresh hand shredded cheese would take them to the next level, but that's just me! The fries themselves were perfectly browned, and overall it was a good pile of fries! I'd love to see some fresh brewed sweet tea on the menu, but the fountain drinks were actually really good...I rarely drink pop, but I'll gladly drink another Dr Pepper if need be! Service was friendly and accommodating, and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering they're still new! The place is super clean and roomy! Even the restroom. Pretty cute truck with a nice setup and easy to read menu and ordering instructions. When I arrived there were about 5 customers ahead of me that already ordered their food and was waiting. I went up and after waiting a reasonable couple minutes, one of the two guys stepped off the grill to take our order. He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either. Unfortunately, this won't be a food truck we return to.

I met one of the owners, Jason who is a Veteran. I ordered a pork rib, some pulled pork, a pork belly burnt end. The pork rib had a nice slight touch of smoke to it and was nice and tender. The pulled pork was nice and moist had a very nice flavor to it. The pork belly burnt end was so tender with the slightest crunch to the outside, super tasty. On to the sides. The baked beans had some bacon in them with a nice yummy sauce to them. I also got the macaroni and cheese which had a blend of several cheeses and then baked. Scrumptious. And then a surprise, Cream cabbage, which had a nice sauce to it. I definitely won't hesitate to check them out again. Come support this Veteran and his dream. You won't be disappointed.
