The brisket edges actually tasted pretty good, but the middle tasted like roast beef that once saw a picture of a smoker online. The smoked mac and cheese contributed absolutely nothing to society -- no smoke, barely any cheese, just hot disappointment in a cup. Meanwhile, the loaded baked potato showed up ready to save the franchise. When we called about the issues and asked for the food difference or a refund, we were told this is just "how it's supposed to be" and they can't refund food because they "can't resell it." Father in law had the chicken noodles & mother in law had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant which was the special.
