When she returned with my milkshake, she told me that she owed me $.20, but she was low on change. She then asked if I needed anything else. She actually owed me $.32, which I never received, nor did she provide me with my receipt. I know that $.32 is not a significant amount of money, but it is still money that I was owed, and I was not given the opportunity to provide change or use another form of payment. No matter the amount this is still theft, and it is unacceptable. I submitted two complaints after the incident and called the store after hearing nothing. The manger stated they were short staffed that day, but that the worker would be fired or moved to the kitchen if she had one more complaint against her. I asked for the GM to call me, but I never heard from them, and I never received a verbal apology. I did receive an email apology shortly after offering me a free item with my next purchase.
